It's good kind of like I'm thinking my self either or regaless wat others think about our prices is always some one trying to bargain...we can just give our efforts n work experience for free ....keep it up lets go make this 💰 money
Personally I think they are good prices for the residential properties we charge up there in Mn about $500 per house and the commercial property seem like there good prices but I also don’t do anything with commercial properties thanks for the good video 👍
i think your prices are fare you can get more customer by charging a fair price

how soon did you get a second truck? Also do you spread salt by hand or with tailgate or bed spreader?

When you first started plowing did you ever just plow with one truck or have you always had a backup truck?

Do you tend to make more in the summer with the lawn care or winter with the plowing?
More per hour plowing snow. But my prepaids are starting to catch up.
Prices sound more than fair. So how do you get new business do you generally answer an add or do you just walk into a place and be like "y'all happy with your snow removal?". Because presumably everyone already has someone doing this for them. I'm in northern Alberta where you don't see too many plow trucks its most skidsteers. I have an office job but one day i'd like to try something different but I worry about securing enough business to make it viable.
I started with a shevol doing houses, and slowly acquired accounts... If I were you I'd work as a sub contractor.
