👉 Ingredients:
125ml lukewarm water (1/2 Cup), 125ml lukewarm milk (1/2 Cup), 1 tbsp yeast (8gr), 1 tsp sugar, 450g (3 cups) all-purpose flour, salt, 4 tbsp oil (60ml)
stuffing
1/2 cup green onion, 1/2 cup red pepper, 80 to 100g of Salami (Pepperoni or mortadella), 150g of cottage cheese (Feta or Ricota), 4 tbsp of chopped olives, 2 tbsp of parsley, 1/4 tsp Salt, 1/4 tsp pepper, 1 tbsp Olive Oil
black olives, egg yolk, 1 tbsp of milk
👉 Preparation instructions
Mix the water, milk, yeast and sugar, and leave to stand for 5min
Knead the dough until it becomes smooth, then let rise until it doubles in volume
Degas the dough, make balls of 50g, and let stand 5min
After filling the balls with dough, make cuts on the edges with scissors, place an olive in the center and press well
Brush with 1 egg yolk and 1 tbsp of milk
Bake in a preheated oven at 200C (400F) for 20 to 25min
