If you on a mac, logic pro is super easy to download pirated/cracked for free and is really easy to learn plus it comes with a lot of quality instrument sounds out of the box. great for recording vocals too. If you got the money and are willing to spend it's $200 on the App Store. on windows, FL Studio is dope but the sounds that come with it aren't great. So you might have to do some googling around to find good free VST plugins for better sounds because installing pirated VSTs is a pain in the ass tbh.
