I totally agree with enjoying your life before your partner comes in. I remember feeling so desperate for my soulmate for so long. Eventually I decided to just focus on my friendships and who I had in my life. I remember driving home from hanging out w some girlfriends and saying out loud to myself “if I don’t meet anyone I know I’ll be ok. I love my life” the next day my friend texted me that my now husband has me asking about me. Just months before that he ended a relationship of 6 years and moved back “home” where I lived. And 6 months before his relationship ended I ended one with someone of 5 years. Everything was working itself out behind the scenes for both of us.

I get fibromyalgia and this sickness learned me to love myself and my body, to don’t push again myself, slow down and do that I love and think to do. I was upgraded last week..I was zapped but I just used to time to deep meditation and didn't get mad if I fell asleep. Would wake up and do it aging. Was great conecting to my human body..Then conecting to universe. ❤

Thank you for this message. There was a part in it that talked about when we are going through stuff with our bodies or animals and trusting in that in the care we give them. My horse was just diagnosed with a degenerative, awful disease and I’ve been really struggling with excepting it and wondering why and how I could be of service to him at this time and myself as I have to let go of what was and trust what is coming for both of us out of this

Great vid. I think it's also important to never underestimate or take for granted the power, wisdom and lessons of the 4th dimension. We haven't begun to explore that dimension fully yet. Many want to skip the 4th and jump too soon into the 5th. Slowly and with patience. Listen to yourself and council. ty

I like this message about following inspired action instead of forcing things. I've heard it before in law of attraction teachings. I think the one thing that gets missed is for someone like me who's coming out of isolation and depression even inspired action can take quite a lot of effort. Especially to get started. I feel like this is a massive area of opportunity for some teachers to connect on. For people whose trouble hasn't been being too busy, for people like me who have been feeling Frozen and hiding from the world and just doing as much as you can to get by.
I'd love to hear about finding the courage to take the inspired effort. Especially because when is stepping into new territory.
It would be nice to hear examples of how this all works rather than just the concept as well.

This needs a warning not to listen and DRIVE at the same time. Thankful for the rumble strips that scared the daylights outta me, my car drifted to the side of the road. I had no idea you were placing me in a place of peace, not aware of reality around me. YIKES On the other hand you are incredibly amazing, I need to listen again, I'm thinking my awareness was else during parts of your messages. I was divinely guided by angels protecting me in my car, I was on a three hour trip and your video seemed the perfect fit. Powerful messages, I can't wait to absorb them properly!

A question I have is how would one know that upgrade to 5D consciousness is happening or has happened - what are the signs and/or resulting qualities that could be sensed/observed/felt?

In 2022, my 27 year old son died suddenly and unexpectedly. Then, only 6 weeks later, my dad passed away. I'm doing better, but it took a toll on my health and my frequency and vibration. Prior to that, I felt very positive and high vibrational. I've done a lot of healing and have a lot of support, but it's been hard with these losses, especially losing a child. I do hear and feel them, especially my son, but it's very hard losing him in the physical. What do you do, Sara, to heal something this traumatic?

I have the same foot thing, I've asked my feet multiple times what they're tryna tell me and I'm still not sure. The only thing that I got in response was to just take my time, walk slowly, move slowly, "you're in no rush" because I'll only get that sensation in my foot when I walk at a normal pace while wearing shoes (barefoot im fine), so I've had to slowwww way down in order to not get that sensation. Almost as a metaphor to not only walk/move slower, but for the rest of my life too, there is no rush i can take my time to move towards my dreams. And even though i know it'll go away, because ive had it for so long i keep wondering when it'll go away. Or I wonder if theres something else my body needs from me, do I need to love my body more? or specifically my feet? did I misunderstand the message and thats why it hasnt gone away yet? do I need to do something spiritually? or physically? go see a foot doctor? I havent recieved any answers (that I have been aware enough to notice) so all I can do is love my feet and know they know what theyre doing, and know that it'll eventually go away. But I'm curious, did the womans feet pain go away after the realized the message her feet were trying to tell her? Or did it stay? Did she have to learn to accept and love the pain and get used to it? Since I'm lucky enough to get to hear of an example so similar to mine, I can't help but be curious and ask more about it!

Our mind is very interesting. If we are all one in the non-physical, and that we can all "channel". Wouldn't it be a Mind thing to do than to create a "separate entity/energy" that we believe we channel? Maybe, just maybe, we are channeling ourselves, through this body. Its all One. Much Love.
