All paper or substitute money was outlawed in and by the Constitution, even that, "backed".

Modern societies require legal tender as money and not just coins. A paper note that represents a physical asset is perfectly legal. Congress has the constitutional right to set values and regulate this. I am just suggesting that we return to a fixed asset standard to protect the value of our currency, and not this fiat money system.

All medical control should be in colleges and individuals.

This is a complex issue. I believe a community has the right to enact laws that represent reasonable precautions. These are local issues. And so the spirit of my suggestion is that local government should regulate; and definitely not the fed.

You have amounts of land totally wrong . First, no one who is not a Citizen should be able to own land. Then it should be a limit of 2000 acres for farming. 500 is nowhere near enough to make a living farming.

I just picked some numbers. I am not a farmer. I don't agree that non-citizens shouldn't be able to own land; but if they do, perhaps it should only be for the purpose of establishing a primary residence while they establish citizenship. There are many complex situations out there. There needs to be flexibility. This is definitely an issue requiring lengthy discussion and some compromise on opinions. But this deal where foreign individuals come in and buy up vast quantities of land, driving up real estate prices, devaluing our currency, and imposing national security risks is unacceptable.
