Main problem I have with the Jared Leto mindwipe is you might accidentally see his movies more than once because you won't remember how garbage it was after watching it the first time.
Jared Leto was in The Thin Red Line, Prefontaine, American Psycho, Girl, Interrupted, Requiem For A Dream, Lord Of War, Dallas Buyers Club, Blade Runner 2049, and We Crashed, all of which are decidedly not garbage, and all of which you can watch again guilt free. He was also in many movies that are well liked, if not adored: Fight Club, Zack Snyder's Justice League, Urban Legend, Panic Room and the series My So Called Life. I'm not sure why he was chosen as an exemplar of annoying acting, being that he has an Oscar, among other awards of excellence. Yeah, he's had suck films, but so did Peter O'Toole, Michael Caine (oh, the suckage there) and Henry Fonda. It reminds me of that time they were all under the impression that "Forbidden Planet" was considered an awful film and had been lampooned on MST3k.
@@burningoldsage4012 bonus points on fight club because he gets his face absolutely destroyed in it Also hes lampooned because when he gets a leading role he always pushes it a bit too far, hes an amazing secondary actor but has issues being lead. Also hes one of those very quirky method actors that need the right director and or producer to really channel his type of energy. Whichbi think may have pushed lord of war to being as great as it is, he and nick cages crazy played well off each other. Personally i like leto as an actor when hes channeled properly and given a chance to really flex himself

I really enjoyed the "scary monster baring its teeth" faces Luke was making while drawing that 6-story skeleton. He said they weren't intentional, which--crazy if true! If they were unintentional, then I think he must have been putting himself into the mind and persona of a 6-story skeleton, inhabiting it if you will, in order to commune with its spirit so he could draw it better.
I love how genuinely angry Andy seems to be getting with the "it's hotter in other places too" chat. I would have snapped by now if I were him, so I find his restraint admirable.
Admittedly the Dog clothes one was a better option, but I had hoped the "Find your glasses" prompt had shown up. I've had mine literally _blown off my face_ and into the street and never found them again. Couldn't exactly go look for them because, well, I kinda need my glasses to see. A device to find them would have come in real handy back then.

The Keanu meta was awesome :P And Andy is 100% right about Keanu being forced to do The Watcher. His assistant forged his signature for the director who was Keanu's friend at the time. Keanu didn't like the script so passed it up, but then agreed to a cameo role as the director was his friend. They then used his signature and forged it to a main role contract. Keanu didn't have good enough proof at the time to really fight it in court which would have been long and costly. So he just reluctantly did it and chalked it up to a life lesson. That being said it's not a terrible movie....I mean it's not the greatest either but it's not terrible.
I have always interested to know the family dynamics of this family. Mike is definitely the single dad, Jane is the high achiever elder sister who is some doctor, Andy is the definitely the older brother who runs a business and Ellen and Luke are his children 🤣😂🤣

I personally melt at anything that above 21° C, so in my honest opinion at 26° C you have a right to complain about heat all you want =) Also, heat is much more unbearable if air humidity is high (and it is usually high in London). Therefore London's 26° C can feel much worse than Nevada's 32° C cuz of humidity difference.

I've had mine for years (because my apartment is a basement and humidity is a _problem_ in more than one way) and it keeps the air soo much more manageable this time of the year. You can get a decent enough one for around 200 quid, which isn't exactly a casual purchase, I know, but it's well worth it just to be able to exist in more bearable circumstances during the summer
Weather web sites say it's nearly 60% humidity in London, which is high if you're not used to it. (I believe it was higher earlier ahead of a front of strong thunderstorms heading in.) 78 degrees F/26 C seems like nothing to me. That seems like a comfortable day here where it gets over 100 F /38 C enough in summer that it's not a surprise, and regularly hangs out in the 90s F for weeks at a time. But again, if you're not used to it, that is horrible. AND there are so many other reasons it's probably hotter than 26C where these guys are. The temperature that meteorologists give is the temperature in the air, but in a big city there is pavement and concrete/stone buildings absorbing heat, and tall buildings trapping heat, and so it's already going to be a couple degrees warmer due to that. Put yourself in a higher-than-ground floor of an apartment building or other structure, and you're also getting the heat that rises due to differences in air density between hot and cool air. And _then_ put yourself in a small office or apartment, or smaller room in said office or apartment (probably without enough windows or large enough windows to create any kind of cross-breeze) and you're really starting to get hot. London real estate is notorious for small homes and offices because unless you're wealthy, it's exorbitantly priced. Add to _all of that_ the fact (as someone pointed out in the stream) that people in the UK generally don't have air-conditioning like we do everywhere in the US. Then put in the lights, computers, and any other filming equipment, and the fact that you can't just go around in your skimpiest clothes because you're live on a stream, and I say give these guys a break. All I will compain about is this: _Ellen, "splurge" on a fan!_ Quiet ones that will not be picked up on your mic are easy to find. I do voice streaming and my fan practically right next to me is never heard by anyone listening. Fanning your face might cool your face, but doing it constantly will actually make you warmer due to the exercise you put into the fanning (even that light amount of exercise), and can wind up with a net outcome of making you warmer overall. Summers are getting warmer, so a new fan _will_ be put to use! (Sorry for the long post. My weather soapbox is now free!)

That toothed toilet Luke drew in the first poop round somehow reminded me of the old Ghostbusters action figure "Fearsome Flush". I admire Jane for finding the best possible play on words in the later poop round, while also keeping the standard as high as possible. Just the torii in front of the toilet bowl was pretty bold. My idea in the second round was exactly what Ellen thought of, including the name. In the first round, I'd have either applied pressure from the sides, or used a drill instructor to scream "poop faster" at the person on the toilet. ;)

Want to poop faster? Here's my invention, it is a box placed outside your bathroom. When you need to poop put your phone in it prior to entering the restroom.
