I found your input on ‘how do feel on THIS day, when you’re working out. Some days I walk into the gym feeling like crap. But I show up and start going through the motions, and then I feel great. I snap out of my funk. And it works as you say too, some days I show up feeling great and then the wall hits me, and it is all I can do to struggle through a basic workout.
Good morning Dan, yesterday was My first week of an 8 week small program i came with that combines loaded carries and ABC complex,it's ABC on monday for a certain amount of rounds, sandbag carries in my case on wednesday and carries and then abc on friday,this first week felt good ,i'll reporte back after the 8 week which is test week
So interesting timing Dan. My Muay Thai coach just told me yesterday I should drink beer after training. That it's good to get electrolytes back into my system and sleep better after a late session. I looked at him with big round eyes, thought he was joking.he told me a lot of golden era fighters used to do that in Thailand. I don't think I'll ever make it a habit but every once in a while, maybe I 'll give it a try... I still think clear water is the best liquid you can drink
I used to have a beer after hard muay thai sparring days. Never noticed any negative effects. I did this for a few years. I dont know about the electrolytes being replaced. What I did notice was the relaxation benefits of it.
