For a better night star’s picture ,Set your night timer to max(as said in the video) and reduce your exposure to -2.0. This will get rid of the unwanted sky brightness and only highlight the stars.
@@xk3113 just simply don't move your phone for a few seconds, make it stable and then keep a timer of 3 seconds. Then click on capture and keep your phone on a flat surface where your lens is towards the sky. U can use this trick if you don't have a tripod.

The camera is absolutely lush - I'm not entirely certain how a monoscope would link with the camera due to its dimensions, but I'm definitely keen to give it a go, if only to film wildlife in slow motion. We have an out of habitat family of parakeets where I live, and the kite and peregrine population is doing really well... if it does allow me to capture even vague images of M31, M42 and perhaps some globular clusters, that would be amazing!

It’s definitely not a deal breaker, but if the main reason for you to buy it is to do photography, I think getting the best possible camera is a good idea. ProRAW does improve the quality of night sky pics.

Thanks! If you want to use your Phone, you will probably need some better telephoto lens. Night Mode does a great job, but the zoom is not close enough for the moon shooting

So I tried to take photo of my dark room with 11 pro 30 sec and the result is very poor comparing to my old Meizu mx4. Too much noise on Iphone. However when there is any light the pics look good

Make sure you are not touching the phone at all. Leave it, take a 10 sec photo, and then it should give you 30 sec. Just make sure that you are using a tripod or the phone is on a solid surface

That's because of light pollution, in a city it's harder to see stars than in a desert, Use lightpollutionmap to find out if your sky is really dark (1 on the bortle scale) or really bright and impossible to see stars (9 on bortle scale)

Switch it wit s21 ultra and no need a monoscope.I switched the 12 pro max,apple is a joke,it's like toy in comparasion with s21 ultra

It's always on, but it only actives when it's dark. It's doesn't matter if it's a daytime, if it's too dark for your phone, it will active it.

raw is useful only when you have to time and will to edit each picture else its a feature you won't use most of the time

You set exposure length to max and it shows 10secs. I have 12 pro and the max I can get is 1 second. Any ideas?
If it’s too bright, it won’t go to far. Make sure it’s dark outside and there is no light source close by
