A flower boob is far preferable to a button on the nip 🫣
That is such pretty fabric! It’s made a perfectly festive Christmas dress. It looks lovely with your snuggly jumper underneath too.
Thanks!!
I love the way you communicate things I think while sewing…lol!
The placement of the poinsettias on the bodice are perfect. The dress is pretty. No one but you and I will understand if I fall into a fit of giggles looking at a display of poinsettias. Hoping you have a merry Christmas.
Thanks and Merry Christmas! 😃
Lovely! Real life has that nasty habit I missed this one for the same reason!
Great video, as always, and a beautiful dress. Love the bloopers at the end and hope that will be a regular feature! Merry Christmas to you and yours. 🎄
Thanks and happy holidays! I’ve put bloopers into a few but I don’t always remember or have time to set aside the dud clips for that, but I definitely enjoy doing it. 😄
It reminds me of my current holiday table runner, lol! It came out so cute!
I have a vintage Christmas tablecloth and regret the one time I saw yardage of that fabric, as I’d totally make a dress from it 😂
Fabulous, your dress looks gorgeus on you!
Thank you so much!
Gorgeous dress....love your humour and find yr instructions fantastic ❤🎉
Thank you so much! ☺️
I love this! The colors, the flowers. I, too, have a poinsettia fabric that has waited for years. 🤔 It's cutting it kind of close, but maybe --
Your dress turned out beautifully! I love your rings btw. Gorgeous! Love your videos, keep up the fantastic work ❤
Thank you so much!
I need to make this dress. Adorable.
Thank you!
Excellent work 😊
Absolutely perfect! I love this dress and of course it is gorgeous on you. Happy Holidays!
Thank you! And happy holidays to you too!
Dress looks awesome…Merry Christmas to you and yours from Western Australia…🎄🎊🥰🇦🇺
Thank you, Merry Christmas! 😃🎄
Beautiful dress!
Thank you! 😊
Dragging on cutting out the interfacing is so real. I literally save that until I absolutely have to 😅
Right?! The only reason I do it early on is if I wait I might not do it ever 😂🤣
So pretty!
Thank you! 😊
Love it! Thanks for sharing what you did film, Merry Christmas 🎄🧑🏻🎄🎅🏻
Thank you, happy holidays!
I love this 😍
Thank you! 😄
Happy holidays!!
Thanks, and to you!
Love the idea to leave a note on the fabric if it's been washed or not! The times I've been really excited to start a project and then had to delay for a week while I wash and dry fabric because I can't remember if it's been washed. Some of my fabrics are 20 + years and the memory cells ain't what they used to be! 😀 Thanks Tasha and Merry Christmas!
You're very welcome! That's one of my favorite things that I started doing, washing my fabric before putting it away (well when I started to do that, I had a big washing week pulling things out and putting them back in again 🤣). And I label them that I've washed them (because as you so aptly put, those memory cells ain't what they used to be!) and include the width and yardage. SO helpful!
Lovely dress! You're such a wonderful and funny presenter!🥰
Thanks so much! 😄
LOVE IT!
Love the dress! And totally with you on cutting the interfacing! What was the candy cane dress/blouse? you were wearing in part of the video? Looks lovely too!
Thanks!! The candy cane item was a little wing collar blouse I sewed from a 50s pattern. 😁
I ❤ your videos
Thank you!!
This turned out beautiful!🎄🥰 Happy Holidays!
Where do you get your vintage fabrics from?
Thank you! Kind of all over. Some Etsy, eBay, antique malls or estate sales on occasion. Wherever I can. ☺️
@@tashacouldmakethat very beautiful collection!
