Senko. Got to have a senko in the line up
This. They're great for bank fishing because you can launch them to spots you might not be able to reach. I've been shooting them to the opposite bank, let them crawl over vegetation and dive in once they hit water, instant bites all day. If not just bounce them off the bottom and bring em back up over and over on the way back
I just had my first senko experience. GP Ppl flake. Wacky. mono leader. Also weightless Texas. I never believed the hype before. Now I know it works.
If I had to have one bait for the rest of my life, it's a senko. Texas, weightless, wacky, all you need
Hee hee, I found some 4"mini brush hogs and 4"lizards (black w/red sparkles) AND I gotta new kayak. I'm gonna go have some fun this week-end. 😆
How did I miss this? Always appreciate you watching man👊
Just subscribed. Been watching your videos for a bit and I just like the way you break things down to everyday simplicity. You explain things in a way that make sense to beginners and the rest of us as well. Thanks.
Thanks for becoming a #verifiedfeeshinfriend Thanks for the feedback man. I'm no pro but I'm happy to share what I know!
I really like the how to Rig Videos and it helps us novice Guys immensely. Thank you
I was today years old when I learned to Offset my Texposed hook 😂 Money once again Debo, thank you for all your tutelage 🙏
Hey Debo! Great fishing lessons! I'm new to fishing so I trying to learn all I can! Love the way you give the instruction! Keep up the good work!! Thank you!
Good selection of baits! I liked hearing about the different situations you use them in. I'd have to say my top 5 are the Zoom UltraVibe Speed Craw, The Strike King Baby Rage Menace, Zoom Finesse Worm, Zoom Fluke, and a Bass Pro Shops Tube. I mostly fish rivers, but I am trying to get more effective at catching bass on the lakes.
I liked your tip about burying the hook tip off to the side of the groove to get more usage out of it. I agree with you, thinking that the bass won't mind it being slightly off center. Nice video!
My daughter and I have had amazing success with t-rigging the Creme Worms. All types of water and not just bass, pike and muskie too! Definitely one of our go-to's.
Nice! I've heard of creme worms. I'll have to find some. Thanks for watching man!
Dude, you hit the nail on the head with this video! I use and LOVE all of these. My Absolute favorite is the Junebug baby brush hog. A Close second place is the rage craw!
I've seen ALOT of different fishing videos..but this dude Debo...is the BEST!!! VERY INFORMATIVE!!!!
Another great video #Debonator ! Great info on matching up the right hook with each bait and situation. I commend you for explaining the "why" behind hook selection.
You really are a top notch instructor; distinguishing yourself from everyone else doing this on UA-cam with each new video! Well done!
That means a lot to me man. I really enjoy helping folks out. I'm not a tournament pro but I'll share what I know. Thanks for watching brother 👊👊👊
Another great video Debo, I know its late but I’m watching this again as I’m throwing more plastics this year. Ty.
WoW, Dude, you really know how to give a super commentary! I am attempting to understand all the new baits & rigs. Job well done, Sir!!
You're very welcome man. It's fun to just talk fishing. Thanks for watching 👊
Holy Mackerel! (I mean, Bass!!) I am so pumped to have found you! I have never (meaning NEVER) found anyone so informative, expainery, enthusiastically full of so much knowledge in such a completely aboveboard and helpful way. Just incredibly honest and upfront, so let us all know if you decide to run for President or something,, lol 😁 I'm eagerly looking forward to everything you have to tell me, thanks so much!
From the middle of spring in beautiful New Hampshire 🐞
All this information is great. Next year is going to be so epic with all this new info. Thanks DEBO!!
I'm happy to help my friend. Good luck, hope you catch some toads!
Great tips 👍. I learned quite a few things watching this video. Thanks DEBO !!!
I like the beaver tail thanks for sharing Debo👍
Nail on the head DEBO 🙌🏽... Greatly appreciated!! 🎣💪🏽💯✊🏽
Thank you very much for watching man!
Very informant very good and I think it's one of your best videos you ever ever made I look forward to see the rest of yours good luck and good fishing
Really enjoying your take on these favorite baits and why? Videos
It's fun to do. I'm glad folks are enjoying. Thanks for watching!
Absolutely love the pit boss
Great content! Appreciate the tips!
Thanks for watching my friend! You're welcome 👊
That green and purple pit boss has served me well this summer here in iowa. Happy to see im not alonr
Yessir! That has been one of my favorites for sure!
Thanks. Very concise, brief, informative, Confirmed a bunch of things recently learned. For a couple years my go to was a zoom 6" lizard, watermelon, texas. Then they just stoppped working. Only been serious about bass for a few months now.
Great practical advice for beginners like myself and my 10 year old son!! Thank you! Really enjoying your videos!! Keep up the great work!!
So much good advice!!
Hi Debo I’m 71& have been fishing with tubes I’m using the secret tube rigging. Have you ever tried this keep showing your program it’s great
Some good info. Another dope vid, Keep'em coming!
Appreciate you taking the time to watch man! I'll keep trying!
Your videos are great. We bought a boat this year and im starting to upgrade my arsenal just got 7' m/h baitcast combo also have on my wish list 7'6" heavy combo. Really excited to getting in flipping and punching. Looking threw my tackle and found some of these baits but could never use them. So excited to get back on the water. Thanks for the tips
Nice! Heck yeah, good luck with the new boat!
Baby brush hog is my #1 confidence bait on a Texas rig. I’ve caught more fish on that bait by far than any other. I also like the Gary Yamamoto double-tail hula grub.
Yea, thr baby brush hog is a good one! Thanks for watching 👊
Thanks for the lesson Brother appreciate it 👍🏻👊🏻
You're welcome and thanks for watching!
Thanks for the info. I just started this pass summer using lures. So far my favorite n best luck I have using is green pumpkin craw Texas rigged.
It's a killer bait. I've always got a Texas rig tied on! Thanks for watching!
I know this is late but I'd suggest you look at the big bite baits fighting frog. Not a great frog imitation but I've found it to be my go to flipping bait.
I have never been confident with plastics but I'm gonna really get it to them this year I've always used crank baits and jerk baits buzz baits whopper plopper,s stuff like that and I have caught lots of fish over the yrs at the end of summer last yr in Michigan it was really hot tied a plastic 7in worm and crushed them so I'm gonna do alot of plastics this year awesome video
A day like that will give you confidence in a lure real quick!
My first bass that I ever caught was with a similar bait but different brand. My fav thing about the river bug, pitt boss or sweet beaver is how weedless it is. Thank ypu so much for the video.
The green pumpkin yamamoto senko with the chartreuse tail will always be my favorite
My only problem is imo Yamamoto senkos are pretty soft and tear pretty easily. I rarely have mine survive more than a dozen strikes
Thanks for the lesson Mr Deeeeboooo appreciate it still new to fishing thanks again Fish on Brother Fish on 💪🏻💥👊🏻
Subscribed. Great content. Thanks!
Haven't had an opportunity to get out and fish, water levels (Arizona) were reduced in the fall and are slowly getting back up there. This is great information, probably back in the kayak in January after Christmas and New Years; itching to get back out there. Thanks for the tips as usual.
You're very welcome my friend. Thanks for watching and good luck on the water!
Good video ,no bullshit,no music and strait to the point👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
Sweet I’m definitely gonna have to go get some of those ! I fish in Massachusetts I’ve been having good luck on all white jigs .. but yesterday and today wow no luck yesterday one bass today Zero! I had a nibble but nuthin 🤦🏽♂️. All and all 3rd day on the Lew’s Baitcaster and wow ! Loving it !! My casting is so much better thanks to your Tip on using the Whip action lol kills it every time ! I’ve been able to send the jig in any spot I wanted to fish and only had one little bird nest happen today .. it was probably because of the hurricane like wind we are having today lol .. so Stoked !!! Thanks brother 🤙🏽🎣
Nice man, that's awesome to hear. Baitcasters are very versatile once you get use to them. Thanks for watching 👊
Great video Debo!
Thanks for watching man!
Good video bro👏🏾👏🏾Pitboss works for me😎
Thanks man! Agreed, the pit boss is an old favorite!
Another solid video!!!
Thank you very much for watching!
Love the Pit Boss also. Green pumpkin or the Big Texan colors. Baby Brush Hog also, green pumpkin and the black is amazing for us in muddy water (never pegged, lol). The Power Bait worm in black. These are my favorites. I'm going to try the Man Bear Pig in green pumpkin this year. Looks pretty good.
Yea man, they have all been sid for me. The man bear pig is an interesting lure. Let me know if you have luck with it. Thanks for watching👊
Good video Debo really good advice thanks 👍
Thanks man, appreciate you watching 👊👊👊
The 5” Senko or similar (I use Yum Dingers) Texas rigged on a 3/O behind a bullet weight is pretty much the bread and butter bait here in Arizona. It’s boring to use but it will catch on those days when the bass don’t want anything else. Pearl or green pumpkin in clear water, Junebug or black and blue in dirt water like the verde river.
Love the Watermelon Candy Baby Brush Hog. My #1 plastic.
Great vid bro appreciate the good info. ..
You're welcome man. Thanks for watching!
My absolute favorite out of all those soft plastics for Texas rigging is 100% the pit boss. Green pumpkin black fleck is the best for clearer water.
It has caught a TON of fish for me. Green pumpkin is always a go to brother!
Been using Watermelon Candy Baby Brush Hog with 1/4 and 3/16 forever. Regular Brush Hog works best around big fish. Also like the Sweet Beaver. Good video for soft plastics Debo, thanks and keep em coming.
I love the yum Kristi craws in grn pmkn w purple and green flake.great baits. And easy to mendit !5 Inch Stick bait, keitech creature, jackall bounty fish, reaction innovations sweet beavers.
I will have to use them in the spring and summer my fishing season here in Indiana is over for the winter
Yea, I'm hearing up for the ice very soon! Thanks for watching.
Thanks for the great content.
Nice to see the Pit Boss getting some recognition. It's a fav of mine also. I also love the inexpensive but very good Yum Christie Craw. They have really produced for me over the years. The Tin Foil pattern in the fall and spring is insane. I don't know anyone that throws that thing so I feel like I have an advantage when my partner is throwing the usual D Bomb.
So sorry I missed this man. Yes, the Christie craws are good baits. Agreed, different is good. Thanks for watching!
How do you usually rig the Christie Craw??? I have tried Texas rigged and on a jig. And tried a few different retrieves. No luck.
I use all those bait except for the zoom brush hog I have some very similar to it that I use. I think my favorite for flipping is the beaver. I like a pumpkinseed craw with chartreuse claws with small black flake. Thanks for the tips!
You're welcome and thanks fo watching 👊👊👊
@@DEBOSFishing I went and got some brush hogs and baby brush hogs last week. They work great!
I love plastics that have those channels in them for the hook to lay in. Yum Dingers and Rage Craws have them, looks like those pit bosses have them too, I'll have to try.
Love all the above and the watermelon candy baby brush hog kills in IL as well.
They are money man! Thanks for watching sir👊
Where do you fish bro
@@kingshaln7062
Mainly Dupage county and some Kane county Brother. This was my 1st yr bass fishing so looking for any pointers and spots I could get. 👍
Thanks for another informative video
The thanks goes all to you for watching! 👊👊
Dead on with the ones I use the most lol. Well except for the big ones. But thinking I’m going to try them out and see how it goes. Great video 👊🏻
Thanks for watching man. Yessir, don't be afraid to toss the bigger stuff. Even the little guys will eat it!
Great video Debo by far my best plastic bait's are the culprit ribbon taill rage menace rage crawand and the brush hog.
Yea, the rage menace is killer too. Thanks for watching man!
Great video. I use zoom ultravibe speed craws and ,zoom flukes most of the time. And I'm starting to use beavers more then I used to.
Nice. The ultravibe is a good one too! Thanks for watching man!
That hat is legit! I need one.
Awesome. Will try it soon , and post my fishing video
Awesome! Good luck and tight lines man!
SUPER video texas rig is by far my favorite and i peg it 90% of the time
Yea, I do as well. It's such a useful lure.
DEBO'S Fishing If you get a chance check out Bitters bait and tackle there in Longwood FL they make all kinds of plastic baits and you can buy in bulk bags let me know when ya think
These are mostly all the same soft plastics I bought when I first started to fish. I lost all confidence in them because I didn’t know how to use them. never caught fish so I put them away glad I still have them though
It's like we're the same person. The only difference is I use a yum wooly bug instead of the sweet beaver. Other than that everything else is spot on. Brand, colors and hook size. Great movie
Hahah my man! Great minds think alike. Thanks for watching 👊
I just started just this year throwing a wacky rig first time I've actually used plastic in a long time don't use a lot of it until this year
Those will definitely catch fish fo you man. Thanks for the support 👊
Was big into tx rigged senkos and started throwing more creatures this Spring. Had good luck with rage craws, bandito bugs and just picked up some sweet beavers to try.
Great video buddy thanks
It’s coming up on the time of year where we finally put our rods up for the winter, could you do a reel cleaning tutorial to show us how you clean your reels in the off-season??
I can definitely do that man! It is the season to clean some reels! Thanks for watching!
I agree with Brandon. Also plz provide info on how to clean or what to do to your reel if you accidentally cast your pole in a lake and it sits in the lake for 4 days until you get it out again. 😎
In Florida there is no off season!
Alvin Wine that is 100% true
@Bravo 4 midwest bro. It gets in the negatives. No fishing unless its ice fishing. West coast fish all year round
I fished a Texas rigged salamander (lizard) and man did I love it.. caught 3 nice ones but I noticed they murdered it when they bit. Was so fun
Have to pretty much agree with your choices as my bag is pretty much the same except I rarely throw a ribbon tale any more. My main goto worm is Zoom Ultra Vibe speed worm #1 color watermelon Candy. One thing I always do is I put orange on the belly and a little chartreuse on the tail with a spike it marker pens. Same thing with the Dirty Sanchez Sweet Beaver. Give it a try. It's worked for me for over 20 years.
I always had good luck on the Black Grape 7’ power worm out here in Texas in the summer and at night around lighted docks
That pit boss is a champ, one of my favorite flipping baits. Like the sweet beaver as well. Keitech has a bait out called the crazy flapper , great flipping bait debo! it does have more action than a lot of the typical flipping baits that people throw but it's a killer bro! Ol monster what a classic! That zoom swamp crawler is 🔥 too and that jackyl archelon. 🔥🔥 Thanks Debo!!
Heck yea. Ton of great options out there man. Thanks for watching and all of the support/comments today! Have a good weekend!
@@DEBOSFishing this channel is where it's at. Have my full support Debo
Great baits👌🏻
I love this my fav is googan squad bandito bug okeechobee craw
Ur dead on bro n the colors too. Rage craw or beaver for me!!!👍👍
Nice! Great minds think alike 🤣 Thanks for watching man 👊
In a way it's kind of a weighted Texas rig but I've fallen in love with the Spot Remover Shaky Head with a Berkley Shakey Snake.
Oh yea, kind of on offshoot. Thanks for watching man!
Im in central Va. The Baby Brush Hog in June Bug, Watermelon Candy, and basically matching the water conditions works very well here. I like 3/0 wide gap hooks and 1/4oz bullet weights. June Bug seems to be the best, some times I'll dip about quarter to half inch of the tale in chartruse dye in garlic flavor, and this works best with June Bug, Green Pumkin, and any Watermellon color combo's. Happy Fishing.
I have caught more bass with the baby brush when the bite gets slow.A pro bass fisherman had a video on UA-cam showing how to catch more fish by splitting the rear appendages with a pair of scissors and giving it more action...it really works!
So glad too see the Hawkeye stuff absent !
Flippin’ awesome video! Back in the day I loved the old Air Craw for heavy cover. Not sure who made them or if you can still get them. Classic black and blue or pumpkin and chartreuse were the best for me.
Oh yea, the air craws were money, Damiki made them I believe. Those are my standard colors too!
Reaction innovation sweet beavers are killer
Agreed, one of my favorites!
All time favorite bait is Berkley Chigger Crawl.
That's a good one too. Haven't thrown that baby for some time!
DEBO'S Fishing that thing catches them everywhere from 1 foot of water to 30
Power worms, baby brushhogs and sweet beavers... works for me in Fla.
😊🎣👍
Love your show.learn alot
Thank you👊👊👊
First like!! DEBO your the man and you help boost my confidence in catching fish with your videos, keep doing your thing brother
Hey! Thanks for watching man! I'm glad I can help you out my friend 👊👊👊
Very good detail!
Thank you for watching!
Awesome video man👍🏼👍🏼
Thanks for watching dude!
Fishing with the father-in-law Saturday and I’ll be trying out some of these. Thanks for the breakdown
Sorry I missed this man. Hope you've been catching some biggins!
@@DEBOSFishing haha nope! Utah is too hot right now for shore fishing
@@atc_angler5406 dang! Sorry to hear that man...hope the bite heats up and the temp cools down!
Yum baby bass colored dingers have been real nice lately
Oh yeah! Thr dingers are fish catchers! Thanks for watching man 👊
@@DEBOSFishing 👊
My favorites are the pit boss,Yum wooly bug, baby Brush hog,and the zoom beatdown worm or Yum dinger.
I really do enjoy the Berkley lineup of soft plastics. Here are some of my favs in no particular order. Not all Texas Rigged but some can be
1. Authentx PulseRs
2. Berkley Havoc Pit Boss
3. Berkley Crazy Legs Chigger Craw
4. ZMan Finesse TRD
5. Gary Yamamoto Yamasenko
Thanks for another delightful and informative video!
Those are all good picks my friend! You're certainly welcome. Always appreciate you tuning in!
My go to are Pit boss, zoom z craw, powerbait worms. I just got some brush hogs so have to try them out. Heard they are good on a shakey head as well
Yeah, that's a good way to run them. Tight lines man!
Great baits I use some of them my self. Black an blue or green pumpkin with red flakes in them. I’ve used the zoom crawls a few time here recently an they work great too. Like a dark drown on top an a light brown on the bottom
I like those split color baits. Thanks for watching man!
Fantastic content👍
Loving the top "5 series"
Just open Cod Season here!
Looking for my 1st
Thanks for watching man. Good luck, catch some toads!
DEBO'S Fishing fuck donald trump🖕🖕🖕🖕. Unsubbed
@@maicon_13 what? did he ever say he voted trump or..?
@@greensphinx his channel was running trump ads. I got one on this video actually 🥴
@@maicon_13 He doesn't pick your ads or ads that run on his channel. UA-cam decides what ads it shows you based on location, what it knows about you, time of day, what video you're watching, and anything else it can give you. Just because you got a trump ad doesn't mean he supports trump.
Brush hog vs crazy leg chigger craw next year!! Great vid bro 👍👍
Ohhh that would be a fun one! Thanks for watching man!
Well I sort of buy what ever is in clearance at my local Walmart. To be honest I am just getting back into this again and haven't nailed a bass yet. I have a spinning combo from Walmart but plan on getting a baitcaster. I do have the brush hogs, and baby in watermelon and darker. Also some worms, and just got some tackle to try a wacky rig and drop shot.
I just sort of keep adding things so I can try them out over time.
That's what we all do. It took many years of accumulating to get all of my tackle. Keep an eye on craigslist, you can find good used gear there too!
I love the Biospawn Exostick in Okeechobee Craw or Red Shad. I also use the VileCraw in Okeechobee Craw, Sprayed Grass and Blacklight. I love the Zoom Baby Brush Hog and I usually use any color, I particularly use it for bed fishing bc it will sit in the bed and drive the bass crazy. I just started using the Googan Baits Bandito Bug mostly in Okeechobee Craw or Summer Craw. I have the Trench Hawg and Slim Shake by Googan Baits but I haven't used them yet but I think that the Trench Hawg will be used the same as the Brush Hog. I ordered some ZMan TRD for using the Ned Rig and I'm using the Yum Dinger the few times I wacky rig but I will also use the Exostick wacky rigged bc it has a different action as it falls through the water column
Nice! I still need to try the exo sticks! The trds are killer. Thanks for watching man!
