Only fellow plant lovers will understand how pots can bring us just as much joy as plants themselves! Today I learned a new vocabulary: pedington. Thank you!
Thanks for taking the time to show your planter collection and providing links! I have some plants I haven’t repotted from nursery pots yet bc I can’t decide!
I love terra cotta pots also and I'm a big fan of the azalea style ones. They're especially good for cactus and succulents that don't have big root systems and don't need a lot of room.
Like all designs, colors & shape. Bought smallest Home depot has (paddington (I supposed) about same as yours, didn't mind style brands/make. Just need those to improve my Hoya growth/health . Tks for sharing you pots. Inspiring⚘
I watched this video multiple times. I absolutely love your style. I was curious abt something, where do you get the little raised wooden stands? I thought they were sooooooo cute and would love to get some for myself. Thank you in advance 💚🌱
I just love your collection of terra cotta pots❣️😌 Can you tell me where you found/bought the wooden stands that I saw most of your small pots were sitting on? Thanks 🥰
Hi Stacey! Wonderful video, I really like the patina effect on the Terracotta it looks awesome. Could you please tell us the name of the plant in the black pot at 15.50 please? Its so lovely : ) You should be so very proud of your collection and how beautifully you keep and care for your plants......such an inspiration and an amazing way to relax just watching and learning from all your detailed information. Thanks so much!!! : D
Hi,‘I love your voice. It’s such a peaceful tone. Where did you buy your humidifier? Or mister? I’m not sure what that was but it looked interesting. Thank you and very nicely done👍
Love these pots! I’ve been trying to get cuter pots for my plants as well. At 7:58 do you have spider mites on those pots? I’m having a problem with mites on my terra-cotta pots lately.
mypetitegarden hm around 7:54 on the outer part of the terra-cotta pot where the raised lip is, I thought I saw some white dots moving around on them. I might just be paranoid because I’m dealing with that issue right now! It’s so weird because the mites are hanging out on my terra-cotta but not on the physical plants themselves.
Great collection of terra cotta! I buy pots wherever I go! I like the small lipped ones made by Deroma of Italy. I'm sort of obsessed with them. Both terrain.com (kinda pricey though) and afloral.com have some really pretty pots. Also there are quite a few pottery crafters on Etsy and check out Carl Mankert on Etsy. His terra cotta pots are beautiful. And thanks for the new addition to my wishlist, peperomia kimnachii.
I love the Deroma ones too!! But they are so pricey! I might pick one or two up one day...one day 😂. Thanks for the recommendation I'll definitely check out the Etsy shops.
@@mypetitegarden If you have an At Home store near you (looks like there is one but it's a bit of a drive from NYC), the often have Deroma pots and have great sales (like half off). They have great pots in general for low prices.
Beautiful plants and displays. Where do you get those cute little stands your pots are sitting on and what are they called specifically? I'm currently online trying to find.
Thanks for the inspiration! Green and terracotta go so well together :D Haha, omg that terracotta head looks so cool and creepy at the same time. I just got my hands on a hoya retusa, and it is coming in the mail this week! Yours looks so nice and decorative and I'm really curious how it looks in real life. Do you do anything different with the retusa than your other hoyas? I'm guessing it needs watering a bit more often.
I agree green and terracotta makes such a good pairing. And yes haha that terracotta head can look so creepy at times 😂. Hoya Retusa is such an easy going Hoya, I'm sure you won't have any issues with it. I care for mine like a succulent - lots of light and water when dry.
All my plants are in unglazed terra cotta or basalt clay pots. I am always on the hunt for different shapes and designs of unglazed terracotta. Thank you for sharing. What is the name of the plant in the black diy planter with the triangles, the plant is gorgeous!
Love all the different shapes. I think I'm going to have try my hand at transforming some basic terracotta pots... Cache pots, especially large ones, are so expensive here in Belgium, but I hate the colour orange.... Makes plain terracotta a no go for me 🙁
Bonjour Stacy !...Argh...so frustrating...halas... impossible for me to buy through your Links... impossible for France 😭😭😭 but still, your collection of pots is absolutely beautiful. Have a nice day! 🌿🌱🍃
Finding affordable planters is my biggest dilemma. Often time the planters cost more than the plants themselves. I need all white ceramic pots in my white condo and those are very expensive now. I prefer to keep my plants in th eir nursery pots (for ease of moving, soaking and draining.) Anf then I place them in the white pot for display.
Hallo! I really like your plants and the way you are displaying them. Could you please share what type of paint you're using for your terracotta pots?? I love the 'clean' finish, though it's such a porous material. Thank you! 😊😘
Love your collection and the various ways you display your plants. Stunning!
I fell in love with terracotta planters way before I became a plant lover so of course I absolutely loved this video.
You should be winning awards for these videos! Everyone I have watched is extremely impressive, very, very well done!

Planters make such a difference in how a plant end up looking. The standard style of terracotta is called Pennington 🙂.
Thank you!
Your plant collection is amazing. Experiencing a twinge of envy.
I always get great plant styling ideas from you. Thanks for sharing.
You are so welcome! Glad you like them!

Very nice planters! Love the way you style your plants!
Thanks so much! 😊
I'm so jealous, I love all of your plants and pots. Great video and thanks for sharing.
I love terra cotta pots also and I'm a big fan of the azalea style ones. They're especially good for cactus and succulents that don't have big root systems and don't need a lot of room.
The azalea terracottas are so nice! I wish they carried them at the big box stores too.
Thanks for sharing. Greetings from the U.A.E.

Cute collection of planters especially the smaller ones

Beautiful plants ! I m starting my little herbs 🌿 garden at home during this stay home period ! ❤️
That's exciting! I've been wanting to start on herbs but never did 😅.
I always enjoy your videos!
I appreciate that!
Love your collection of plants. Where did you get your plant stands?
I just love your collection of terra cotta pots❣️😌 Can you tell me where you found/bought the wooden stands that I saw most of your small pots were sitting on? Thanks 🥰
Thank you! I actually talk about the stands & other accessories in my Plant Shelves & Accessories video if you want to check it out 🙂.
Thank you for sharing. I was wondering where you got so many cute planters.

Thank you, that plant is my variegated lipstick plant. It has that pink purple hue because I have it under a grow light. ❤
Stacy, I noticed the wooden short planter stands you have along the window. Where you got those?
Who knew there were that many different kinds of terracotta plant pots
I like the look of terra cotta but because I started with all white pots I can't switch now with nearly 70 white pots haha.
Haha white pots and terracotta look pretty good together though. 😆
Love your collections! Where you got those pot elevators?

Sorry! 7:54?
I'm not sure what you are referring to exactly but no there's no spider mites, are you referring to the soil/perlite residue on the side?

Going to DM you a screenshot on Instagram!
Thanks for the lookout! Nope just dust or perlite residue you spotted probably. 😊👍Hope your mite problem goes away soon!!

Hi. I was wondering where you buy the short 3 leg plant stands you have a lot of your plants sitting on? I like them.
I talked about them in my Plant Shelves & Accessories video 😊.

Beautiful collection, can you tell me what the plant is at 15:39? It’s white green and pink in the black pot with white triangles. Thank you
Thats my variegated Lipstick plant 😬 it turns that pink color because I have it under grow lights.

@@mypetitegarden now it's on my wishlist. lol Thank you :)
Great video, just curious,do you water the plants in macrame hanger as is or do you have to remove the pots from hanger and then water?
I water them as is and sometimes I take them down to shower them. 🙂
Love all the different shapes. I think I'm going to have try my hand at transforming some basic terracotta pots... Cache pots, especially large ones, are so expensive here in Belgium, but I hate the colour orange.... Makes plain terracotta a no go for me 🙁
That's what makes terracotta so fun - you can always transform it and change the color by painting it! 😄

Thank you! I'm sure you can find similar ones in France 😆.
Where did you get the trellis in the faux terracotta pot of the hoya rotundifolia?
I actually made that myself using some bonsai wire and wrapping it in twine. 😁
mypetitegarden Hmm! Great idea!!

What size is the head planter from Mexico? 4" or 6" ?
The one I have is 4 inch.
Hallo! I really like your plants and the way you are displaying them. Could you please share what type of paint you're using for your terracotta pots?? I love the 'clean' finish, though it's such a porous material. Thank you! 😊😘
I use regular acrylic paint and then top it off with a clear matte sealant paint. I know some people also use a layer of primer before painting. 🙂
What is the name of the plant in the stripe mug?
That is a hurricane cactus or Lepismium cruciforme f. spiralis
