For better explanation, Elsa became a goddess. That's why she had THAT much power in the end. The voice was claiming her to become the rightful powerful goddess she always was meant to be but repressed it for so long
Elsa is the fifth spirit, but yeah, its almost like a godness, its not said if she can control all the other elements now or just ice but I think it would be cool, Elsa the avatar
@@karonji_mitsuri04 I believe it's more along the lines that she can borrow the power of the other Elemental Spirits by combining their power with her own(like she did with the water horse to stop the tidal wave).
So it's more an indirect command of those elements as their....ruler? Or something of similar status.
Of course, the best rulers are never dictators so she has to respect the other spirits to earn the privilege of their loyalty and lending of their power.

The inspiration for the Tundra people is the actual indigenous people of Scandinavia (Norway, Sweden, Northern Finland and Western Russia), the Sámi people who’s ancestors, the Proto Finns, migrated to northern Norway during the Last Ice Age, distant related to all 1st nation/indigenous Americans, and brought blonde hair to Northern Europe. They are not Germanic, but Finno Ugric and the ancestors to all modern day Sámi, Finns and Estonians. And the geographical and cultural backdrop of Frozen is Norway.
