It gets more confusing from there, now theres Gelatoni (a cat Mickey & Minnie met at a gelato place in Italy) and StellaLou, a bunny - I think Duffy met her in DisneySea.
That back story is the newer, Tokyo story. Wikipedia has the original back story. “Duffy was previously known as "The Disney Bear" with an entirely different backstory. The original story found on the tag of the first released bear's ear said that Mickey brought his favorite bear to Magic Kingdom Park. Mickey sat in front of the castle wishing that he had a friend with him to share the excitement and magic of the park. Rachel's Next Adventure Duffy met Gelatoni in Mediterranean Harbor. He dropped the gelato he was eating and Gelatoni used it to paint a picture. And he met StellaLou in the American Waterfront. She dreams of being a dancer. And now there's another new friend coming to Hong Kong Disneyland, a yellow puppy named Cookie, who likes to invent new recipes in the kitchen. She's REALLY cute (she launches on July 3).

I had no idea they had a Cape Cod area. I’m from Massachusetts and grew up doing Cape Cod mini vacations. So cool that it’s now appreciated halfway across the globe
That Fantasmic show was INSAAAANE Stitch part made plenty of sense as that was his marketing from the beginning, hijacking the show, the lion king part was so vibrant and fun, the cone stage being the sorcerer's hat was so awesome, GREAT use of Chernabog cause we never really get to see him do stuff in these epics, Maleficent fight was INSANE, and the volcano usage was top notch. I want to see that in person. Life goals there.
My 4yo son walked in while I was watching the opening to this video and demanded to know... "Where's his lady?!?" Love your videos since the whole family can enjoy! 💖

That blueberry popcorn 🍿 sounds amazing. So many flavors of foods over there that we don’t have. Look at kit kats some time Tim if you get the chance or Jenn since she likes sweets more. The have like chai tea, cheesecake, peaches cream and so on. I want to order some online, but do much to shop to Florida.
OMG, that was an actual chicken thigh bone shoved in that sausage! Fantasmic was amazing, and I loved the mix of English and Japanese. I am SO wanting to go to Japan! I cook Japanese recipes at home, and I'm in love with the flavors. I giggled when Tim called the gyoza bun, 'goyza'. Y before o, "Ghee-yoza' I do see a little difference in the editing, Tim, but honestly, you must have had SO much footage, it would be a Herculean task. Good job.
I love how everything is so cute from the merchandise down to the food you eat the parks in America need to step there game up this makes me consider going over seas to visit those parks

Those gyoza "sausage" buns were a LIFESAVER when I went in December. We ate like 3 for dinner each. Tokyo Disney Sea is the greatest theme park ever. Every inch of the park is themed to the degree that Diagon Alley has at Universal Orlando. Journey to the Center of the Earth is worth a trip back to Japan to ride it.
Wow..that evening show was just beautiful. When I heard the Lion King I teared up. Every time I see the Broadway show..I tear up from the beginning. I would have such a hard time watching it and trying to photograph it.

Adventures by George I don’t think it is. From my knowledge most of them were destroyed and 2 were shipped to the Bahamas were one was taken out to sea by a hurricane and they other one sunk and is know seen on the scuba diving tour. This to me looks like a remake of the ones at Disney world

This is the best footage I’ve seen of fantasmic at Tokyo so far, I’m so impressed, every time I see other videos there is either a lamp post in the way or you only see the side or the back of it. It’s really getting me excited for my first trip to tokyo in September now 😵🤩 I can’t wait to be there. You’re videos have shown a lot more information and variety as well, so thank you guys👍🇦🇺
That show at the end was amazing I love that this Disney still focuses a lot on the classic characters of Disney like urserla the evil queen as oppose to just a whole bunch of frozen and star wars it’s just my personal taste though lol

I believe Tokyo Disney Sea was developed years ago to be a park built in Long Beach, CA next to the Queen Mary but the city of Long Beach rejected the idea.
The croissant and chocolate thing sounds like a pain au chocolat (I think that is spelled right...took French in high school years and years ago). I remember going to the France pavilion at EPCOT back in high school and getting that. Not sure if they have it there now or not.

Not sure if you did another day at DisneySea, but for anyone going the"Out of Shadowland" show is really good and easy enough to follow the basic premise and emotion without knowing Japanese. Actually all the DisneySea shows are worth a watch. Also the fortress explorations are pretty fun and you can find more connections to S.E.A. there if your someone interested in that.

I never thought I would want to go there and probably would never afford to but I so do now. I wish Walt Disney World would do more mickey shaped foods and cooler merchandise like they do. I am so, so sad to see that _Journey_ was closed. When I heard you went to Tokyo, that was what I wanted to see most -- you riding it. 😞😞😞😞 But, a great reason for you to return. Also, one of the things I love about Japan is how they have the fake food for you to look at, so you always know what you're ordering. This is something they do everywhere, not just at the Disney parks.

I read that it is one of the old subs from WDW. Not sure how accurate the info was though.
I think it has been there too long & looks much bigger than the old MK nautiluses
yes. it one of the surviving ones. of the seven two survived.
