Also when using a microscope with 2 lenses you might need to adjust their distance until you see just one circle when looking through them .

Shouldn’t you freeze samples for cryo microscopy in LN conditions, so -195 degrees instead of -160 degrees

Well duh, it uses magnets to pull the image closer there fore appearing bigger.
