Wasn’t my worse season but it’s a close second…….couldn’t hunt last weekend hope to get out last day…….and if lucky one day for the veterans/youth hunt…….
We feel your pain.... we as well had an absolutely horrific duck season. AND Virginia had the coldest January in years and we still had no ducks. The migration has stopped and no one wants to talk about it. Why should ducks leave a frozen New York State when they have heated corn impoundments to frolic in all winter long?
man we spent 6 days in Maryland, hunted 5 and only scratched a few mergs and a wood duck, no blacks. SC is also full of rich man impoundments and flooded corn field/rice fields
