- In a press conference, senior advocate Abhishek Manu Singhvi criticized the Election Commission of India on two main points. First, he addressed the Commission's observation that BJP's 'Star Campaigners' had violated the Model Code of Conduct (MCC). Although the Election Commission did not explicitly name Prime Minister Narendra Modi, it determined that his election speech in Bhanswara, Rajasthan on April 21, as a 'star campaigner' for the BJP, breached the MCC. Additionally, the Commission noted that all of the party's 'star campaigners' continued to disregard the MCC even after the electoral body had issued a show cause notice to BJP president J.P. Nadda.
The second issue Dr. Singhvi highlighted was the Election Commission's statement in the Supreme Court that the general public does not have a legal right to access Form 17C records.

SC nd CJI Chandrachud has lost their credibility nd proved to be anti-national nd blindly supporting virodhi parties.
Putting together following points
1. HM and PMs claim that BJP is gone over 300
2. PK creating a narrative that BJP will get over 300 and will not even need NDA partners
3. Their refusal to give exact numbers, something they have been doing in the past.
I feel that the votes have been fudged. They have added votes. since BJP is protecting ECI and BJP.

When CJI was removed from the selection committee of ECI, the opposition Congress representative must have taken a stand... They must have resigned from the post in protest. Supreme Court of India has Measurably failed to protect the interests of the Sovereign people of India rejecting the cases of 17 C declaration on the evening of voting date. People themselves have to be more active to obtain the copies of 17C on counting date all overIndia.
I think The Supreme court should appoint an independent commission to oversee the functioning of ECI because it has become an arm of government....

All political parties are violating MCC. BJP and Centre violating all norms. But States where election already over are not allowed to take important decisions because if MCC. Media and Opposition parties nit raising this issues seriously is amusing.
Instead of sitting in their AC Room & bungalows, all opposition parties, their top leadership, karyakartas and public should raise a collective voice to request SC/CJI to direct ECI to disclose the actual absolute numbers of vote polled in every constituency and ward before declaring the final results.
There are various discrepancies such as
1) It took ECI more than 10 days time to disclose the vote % in 1st phase (19th April'24) and 2nd phase (26th April'24) which is hard to believe why it took more than 10 days when the vote % and actual vote polled could be disclosed in maximum 24 hours ?
2) Why Absolute number's of vote polled have not been disclosed so far ?
3) How could this huge jump of more than 6% increase happened in voting % results from 60% to more than 66% after 10 day's when everything is digital ?
This undoubtedly confirm that some dirty game is being played during this time that's the reason the actual vote polled numbers are still not disclosed.
India candidates should print Form 17C in newspapers of all constituencies ASAP. Every candidate has signed form 17C by every Both EC officer,
This should be kept ready.
