I think Monaghan is one of the best Joker actor at this time. He plays two outstanding different Mr. J.(Joker variants) with a incredible acting performance.

I'm totally with you about the screentime.
Generally I'm not very pleased with Gotham on the latests seasons because it tries to focus on all the characters at once and it's unnecessary. We don't need to see _all_ the characters in one episode.
Cameron is a talented actor and hasn't been used well by the show in my opinion
