A problem I have with all these manhunts: The players Dream chooses as his hunters are actually great players. The hunters aren't stupid, like Dream wants you to think. So, if they're good players, why would they make so much mistakes, such as: vs. 5 Hunters: Sapnap can absolutely, 100% kill Dream, but what does he do? He drops a water bucket to awesamdude. Drops a water bucket knowing that Dream would catch it and use it to escape. vs. 3 Hunters: All 3 hunters walk into an obvious trap. They literally walk past an End Crystal, knowing that Dream placed it there for a reason, and then they act surprised as to why the End Crystal was there. vs. 3 Hunters (again): BBH jumps into lava for no reason. Like, literally no reason. You could make the argument that he could catch Dream before he dies, but he sees Dream drinking a fire-res potion, so no reason to jump. I agree there are some moments where Dream makes some great traps, plays etc. but it all seems a bit fake to me
I'd like to point out that all these points aren't really valid. Sapnap explained the water thing, he said he was scared Dream would hit him off and get his stuff somehow (honestly a valid concern considering the amount of tight situations Dream finds ways out of). With the crystal, they turned a corner and got nearly instantly blown up. Also, at this point they weren't as experienced and didn't know you could craft Crystals. Nowadays I doubt they'd do that. And with the last one, they can't see Dream drink, he's facing away from them and only starts drinking after bad jumps
I really like most of the earlier plays such as the strength potion bluff or horse clutch. Those plays really show how Dream kept good composure and thought a clever situation to get himself out of a tight spot. Ppl accuse him of scripting manhunts bc I feel like later manhunts the plays really seemed like something over rehearsed just for theatrics, and less on just being a good player. I'm talking about the fireworks or even TnTing the end portal. Those aren't impressive bc he practiced those beforehand

A problem I have with all these manhunts:
The players Dream chooses as his hunters are actually great players.
I agree there are some moments where Dream makes some great traps, plays etc. but it all seems a bit fake to me
If they wouldn't stage it, it wouldn't be as entertaining for people to watch man. Same goes with Hollywood movies. No script = No viewers
I love dream and his cobblestone crafting tabels
Lol i saw it too
Even if you think Manhunt is scripted, you can't deny how entertaining it is
I love dream manhunt videos
actually i do not care if his videos are staged or not. i just enjoy them, either way his videos are entertaining, so why should i care?
Sapnap was always the frontline warrior. Best hunter by far.
20:25 this was insane, I was speechless
8:35 That evil laugh just makes it an even better clip when the ice forms and they die
14:47 20:20 21:57 22:32 24:21 29:56
I needed that..😢
Thanks ❤❤
do George manhunt plays next
Even if it’s scripted or not, it’s still impressive to what big brain plays he does.
I used to watch the manhunts with my ex now I don't watch him at all but it's good to see these it brings back memories
thank u for composing this masterpiece
Didn't really care if he cheated the drops, still god plays
for me the boat clutch was the end of the manhunt series from this point
Dream's favourite words: "come here george!"
(Not only in minecraft, but irl too lol)
I really miss dreams manhunts :
Hunter: How did you do that?
Dream: Haha, Reddit go Brrrrr
