- Amorous Intense is the second collaboration between Navitus Parfums and @Ai_TheGreat After the huge success of Ambrosia Imperiale, Amorous intense had a lot to live up to. This fragrance is a pear forward perfume that is very much so a flanker to its predecessor. It's a nice addition to my perfume collection.

Something tells me that as this sits even longer it will bloom like how kayali pistachio gelato did. Navitus has hit a groove with gourmand collabs. Sherida's will be vanilla focused and Gabby's will be based on baklava (pistachio and honey). I'm excited and happy for these ladies. I can only imagine the feeling of being a frag lover and having the opportunity to help create a masterpiece. However, I am looking for the next round of collaborations to be more sultry and not so much gourmand. Would have loved to see a dark vixen weapon of mass seduction (shouts out to Aeysha) fragrance from them for the fall. Love your honesty and appreciate the combinations too!
Agreed I've been letting it sit and that sharp tartness is starting to loosen up its grip. I can't wait for Sharida and Gabby's collabs to close out the year.

I def got the apple note at the beginning but the pear note lasts throughout.. I love it! ❤ I do see how it can seem similar to ambrosia but goes in a diff direction.. I enjoy the sweetness in them both.. thanks for the combos!❤😊

I got a decant of Amorous Intense and that screechy sharpness was off putting for me as well. The dry down was okay but not enough to get a full bottle. Ambrosia Imperial…now THAT fragrance is magic!
Yeah that sharpness was a surprise but it has calmed down and doesn't stick around as long for me
Initially I was like meh, then i was like it smells like something I can get at bath and body works (body mist). Then I was like, hummm kinda like this. Now I wear it everyday. It doesn’t last long and it seems to disappear quickly. But all and all it’s fine.

Trying to smell like boozy baked goods
Yes letting a new fragrance macerated is a must especially a new release. Cuz for me I had to let Ambrosia sit just because the banana was too much for me but now I like it better.
It's been over a month since I first got it and it's gotten better as I expected

I had a very similar journey with Amorous intense...I was on the fence and kinda meh...but weeks later she is a love and its really vanillic and caramelley for me after the blast of green apple 🍏 ..definitely gonna try some of these combinations! ❤

Thanks for sharing your review! I had the same experience upon first spraying this. To me the green apple note was sharper than the pear. I decided to let it sit for a few weeks and I think it really needed to settle. Now I am loving it!

Great review! I like that hair color on you; how many times have you been called "Storm"? 😊 I heard you started the Ambrosia Imperiale/Tribeca combo that I can hardly wait to try( ordered a sample of Tribeca). On Marcelana's review, she said a coworker thought she was wearing Ambrosia Imperiale- so they definitely share um, DNA(s), yet smell differently. On me, it was giving rich pear, followed by tart pear, apple, then a sweet, gourmand dry down...haven't layered it yet and I put it on top of Hempz Honeysweet Pear lotion to boost the pear- sooo good. Awesome projection and silage 😉
Hey darling everyone has been calling my storm and I'm not mad at it lol. Ambrosia and tribeca are lethal. The deep drydown are very similar in both.
