I JUST GOT THE BEST DEAL EVER, if you can try to get yourself a Wii U too because I swear to you, it is worth it!!!. Maybe go take a look at close by Garage Sales as they do have the best deals imo or you could just look on eBay or something.
Im pretty sad about not being able to experience Miiverse and all the other services that also made the Wii U the awesome console that it is. Especially since the Nintendo Switch literally has none ~-~ But even without those the Wii U offers SOOOO many possibilities to play games that you have or haven't experienced before. AND THAT makes it one of the best consoles Nintendo ever made :)

Picked one up yesterday with 64gb for £70. Came with 10 games and I’m super happy with it. Been playing some of the old wii games I had too on the wii emulator built in. Even though it didn’t sell very well, I can see why a lot of people consider us too be one of the most underrated consoles of all time

When I'm looking at the Wii U I can understand why many people thought it was a Wii accessory the console itself really looks like a Wii
Yeeaah it does, doesn't it... Unfortunately Nintendo didn't do a great job explaining what the new console was (at least well enough) to consumers which is one of the big reason it didn't take off :/ but hey, they did great with the switch at least ʅ（◞‿◟）ʃ

I don’t understand why people were to dumb and thick to figure out what it was. Even at launch, It didn’t take a genius to work out was it was
Considering how it kinda looks like the older Wii and most of the marketing material was focused on the Gamepad itself people didn’t see why they needed to buy the new “accessory” (but of course it wasn’t just a tablet). A lot of UA-camrs got into this subject and thoroughly explained why this amazing console didn’t do as well as it should have, you might wanna check them out!
@@ethankun_ Well obviously they were going to focus on the gamepad, that what made the console unique. By your logic the 3DS looks similar to the DS but yet people didn’t get confused as to what the 3DS was, did they? People were basically too dumb and Lazy and didn’t understand the new experiences that Nintendo were trying to create with the gamepad

Think I figured out why changing the language took so long.
Three theorys
1
The console was not in English before. And in North America the Wii u versions different then everywhere else.
2. If the consoles A new or B had English as its version before reset. then it might go faster.
3.
If you pay attention the gamepads still in another language before you paired it which might of been the cause
A close friend of mine gave me their's for free and I'm planning on giving it to my sister since she lives for Nintendo :D

@@ethankun_ haha yeah, we were actually dating for a long while. Things didn't work out in the end, but we're still really close! So they decided to give me their Wii U ^^
I'm sure my sister is gonna love it tho! She really like the legend of Zelda so I got her a few games (including breath of the wild which she has been dying to play for a long time)

I bought a “new” 3ds xl for the same price amazing, it has tiny scratch but it’s still worth it I homebrewed it and now I can literally play thousands of games

hey, where do you go about finding wii u systems at this price? i have 40$ from chrismas and i want to buy one of these things to mod. storege does not matter and i dont care about og wii stuff, just need the system, gamepad, power supplys and the charging cradle if i can find one. do you think that i would be able to find that somewhere?
There are some cheap ones on ebay, but they're around 70-80€~ i don't think there are many for 40
in a couple weeks, a new indie game, silver falls-white inside it's umbra, is going to come out. you should totally check it out

@ethankun sorry it took forever to reply lol but I was looking for someone to borrow me a power source, and it turns out, the console won't turn on, so idk if re sell it, exchange it for something else, or try to repair it 😩

I bought mine for $250 from DKOldies in “like new” condition and its was missing pieces and not nearly as beautiful as this one :’)

Don't ever buy anything from dk oldies they are lying scandals who charge full price for items that are over 40 years old I would suggest buying a wiiu either from ebay or a third party seller (execpt for dk oldies)
@@RambleOfficial The thing is that I know for a fact anything I buy from them will actually show up and work. I bought a copy of Pokémon Black on eBay for my sisters birthday but when she popped it in it was a wiped copy of some SpongeBob game.

I have bought the Wii and Wii U for the family back then. My kids were young then. Now they are teenagers and only use PS4.
You know, they might come back to it just like I did! Sometimes the new and shiny consoles simply aren’t as fun as the older systems ƪ(˘⌣˘)ʃ either way the Wii and Wii U are definitely some of the best systems ever made
