After watching Tomska, its a bit scary how this isn't exagurated by that much
Thomas The Tank engine books and cartoons (although cartoons to a lesser degree) have an eerie underlying message of "Be useful to society, or else you will either be forgotten or consumed by it"
As someone who is a Thomas fan. I can safely say that Tomska misinterpreted/exaggerated ALOT of stuff from the series. It had it’s fucked up moments for sure. But I wouldn’t say it’s anything harmful for kids

Also the original railway series does actual say that being useful does have its limits. Just literally look at the other railway’s mainland engines being melted down for scrap and being replaced by more cheaper and efficient electric engines.
As much as i like Tomska I don't really like his Thomas video, In my opinion I feel like it doesn't do justice to Thomas and get things wrong about the whole series. No hate on Tomska I love his stuff.

To me it always made sense to me because they are machines and they are built to serve humans until they get broken just like real life so it’s not disturbing to me
I like how the background gradually goes from potato carriages to soldiers walking around, and even a train carrying cannons at 2:19 when Thomas talks about Sodor's conquest.

So for starters, we know of multiple legally distinct geopolitical entities of this blocky world.

And the ones relevant to this:
The Empire of Sodor (seen in previous deaths but fleshed out here)
Equestria (My Little Pony)
The Jungle of Nool (Horton Hears a Who!)
Fraggle Rock (Muppets, though seperate from Kermit and the Gang)
And the Carebears of Care-A-Lot
From what we can gather from this skit, at some point in time, Sodor began a foreign policy of imperialistic expansionism, likely due to a radical ideological shift within. It likely started with the invasion and occupation of Fraggle Rock, as they're much less technologically advanced compared to literally every other group, and in the case of Nool, much easier to traverse.
Sodor's neighbors, Equestria and Care-A-Lot diplomatically protested, leading to Sodor decrying the Carebears as communists, possibly Equestria too.
Equestria seeing this happening, alongside the increased Hostilities either did one of two things, both of which start with the elements of harmony.
The elements either went their to attempt to negotiate with Sodor's leader, or remove him if the situation was bad enough. This likely resulted in 6 turning into 5, potentially even 4 or 3. Either way, Sodor quickly invaded and occupied Equestria, beginning a campaign of pacification and resource harvesting from both states. They then started entering Nool, likely to bypass the Carebears which due to their magical powers, sky fortresses, and likely at this point international support from other powers, has managed to remain just a political threat.
Either way, an intervention against Sodor is likely, with said conflict being drawn out and likely irreversibly changing the geopolitical landscape of Sodor, Equestria, Fraggle Rock, and parts of Nool for decades to come.
I wonder if this was intentional or not

@@flextape467 I tried doing 10* (Times) 3^ (Exponent) of 30 because 1 month = 30 days and I got a alot of numbers but the one that got me the most was “911,638” (I don’t know the actual number for 638 I forgor)
So I was thinking if I could try to round the number up but I realized it’s 900 so I didn’t know what else to do there

Given that Sodor already have a vast railway network, it is not too surprising if the Sir Topham (the fat controller) Hatt decided to start a conquest to test how good sodor's logistic are.
I love the Henry detail, he's probably still bricked up in that tunnel in this continuity

1. Accidentally standing on top of a fully powered blaze burner
2. standing on top of your train yard exit rail
3. Accidentally getting stuck in your production line in getting smooshed mixed in crafted
4. At the bottom of an uncalled elevator shaft
5. Just watching like a bunch of create mod tutorials but when you try to do what the tutorial says it all just falls apart and it's a big mess
6. Forgetting to glue a vital part of your train like your floors or your engine or all the cargo you're carrying

2:19 How the heck did Sodor conquer Equestria?
Well, you see, having your entire national defense strategy be based upon keeping 6 untrained and unarmed civilians who need to stay friends so they can use a magic weapon really only useful against single targets isn't exactly the best one to have.
Especially since all it takes is 1 potato to make 6 into 5, Timothy...
They did it after Gen 4 concluded.
As you can see, Equestrian is more modernized when we look at g5. With Princess twilight elsewhere, Sodor just marched right in and took over, and forced the inhabitants to conform to industrial life.
Guards are incompetent, and that's not really good when you're dealing with a s**t ton of potatoes flying in your direction

Well my childhood is ruined.
In all actuality, this is a very good trailer, and it really captures the feel of the original series before it became weird(er than it already was). Now we just need to worry about them capturing all my other favorite and nostalgic childhood series.

Thomas explaining why the potato farmers are being “served” potatoes made me think about Machiavelli.
A very fun a wholesome contraption I use to "frighten" my friends (in create) is what I like to call "The Friend Compactor 3000", the design is very human. It's a trash compactor with a mix of Mechanical Drills and Saws on walls that slowly crush the players, if it somehow fails, the floor opens dropping them into a pit of crushing wheels. Very easy to use.

Oh my god this is awesome.
But why potatoes? Why not golden carrots instead? They do more than double the damage and reload quicker. And if dipping carrots in karats is too expensive, pumpkins and whole melons are also quite devastating. Yes, melons reload slower, but a melon shot from a Power V potato cannon does 15 damage, and if it misses, it placer the melon as a block. Pumpkins also get placed as a block, but they have the same reload speed as potatoes and drop themselves when chopped, while still dealing more damage than potatoes. I'd advise building several automated melon farms, or a combination of carrot farms and gold farms for your upcoming invasion of the Night Garden..
Also while potatoes can most certainly fracture a human skull in real life, due to potatoes shot by an unenchanted potato cannon only dealing 5 damage, You'd need a minimum of 4 potatoes to kill 1 farmer, not counting armor or natural life regen. And the trajectury of those potatoes is, unreliable, to say the least. Maybe just stick to TNT and arrows (crafting bullets is somehow more complicated and expensive than making the guns that fire them because you cant do it by hand or with the mechanical crafter)

Hey jake, this may sound weird and highly specific, but if you are going to involve trains and people getting distracted.
I highly advise you not to do it because this happened to a canadian steam locomotive (CP 2816 specifically) when it struck and offed a woman who wanted to take a selfie.
