Broooooooooo I watched your other video and finally learn how to use the retouch panel. I’ve had it for over three years and never used it. Haven’t even used photoshop in 3 years. I use affinity photo. But watched your video and figured out how to use it duh!! Thank you for these vids!!
Here binge watching your videos and my fav thing I learned from this was to do the curves layer to add highlights to the hair 😫thank you! I’m going to try it out
Hello, For some reason when I use the mixer brush on the low frequency layer with the same settings as you, it just dodges the skin. I go into the shadows it just makes them brighter. Seems like it's just acting as a dodge tool. Any ideas why?
@@Andredesignz here is a screen recording. If you notice, if I go over the darker areas such as the hair it literally just paints white over: www.dropbox.com/s/257kwrr8wgryqw5/MixerBrush.mov?dl=0
It's a great panel, I own it........ but you're trying to teach us something that you don't even know how it works. I suggest you learn to use the panel first before making this tutorial.
You are right, it's a great panel. I only use a few of the tools. I am open for you to educate me on some of the tools I have no clue how to use. My "Retouching Academy" videos are just to show how I use the panel, most of the tools I don't need them which is why I created my own actions. Don't get me wrong Pim, I understand what you are saying but to each his own.🙃
@@Andredesignz I am not the person to make a tutorial of this panel........sorry. Don't get me wrong either, I just hoped you could learn me more than I already do know and use. It was not my intention to bring you down!!

I'm not for sure if someone mentioned it, but when you were using the Remove body & facial hair your brush was set to black vs white to unmask.
Yea, I few people did. I always have that issue even now lol
@@Andredesignz We all make that mistake. lol. Still a great video.

You are most welcome.
i love this video bro keep them coming
i have a problem when i finish work on layer and open new layer ill the adjustment hat i make i found in previous layer ??
Yes, once you create a new layer of the image you worked on it should have the same adjustments. It’s basically a duplicate.
@@Andredesignz i mean i cant work on a new layer unless i merge all layers then i can work on new layer
Oh. I am not sure why that is the case.
God bless you, bro. Thank you for taking the time to show us this. You explain everything so well. May great fortunes and karma come your way.

Retouch academy or frequency separation which is better for photo editing
For me FS action is better
this tutorial was great, thanks for this.
You are welcome 😊
Thank you..
Hello everyone my RA panel is not showing 8-bit and 16-bit kindly HELP. Thanks
It shouldn’t matter to be honest. Just use the one that says Frequency Separation and you are good.
Nice video, please how do I add retouch academy to my photoshop and where can I download it
Thanks bro. You will have to download it using this link: retouchingacademy.com/product/beauty-retouch-panel/
Please how can I download retouching academy panel
you have to purchase it from their website.
Thanks !
Hi Andre how do i get the Retouching Accademy panel to show like yours.._
THis is the old panel I am using. Maybe you have the new one.
2 qstns bro :
1) are u using a Wacom Tablet?
2) if yes, then why the pressure sensitivity is not turned on in the Mixer brush settings?
1. I’m using the X-pen tablet
2. I don’t see the sensitivity, I am using the pen as if it’s a mouse.
Andredesignz thanks bro. Post more videos. 👍🏼👍🏼🤝🤝
@@liahglask Sure will, a new video coming tomorrow at 9am.
waoh tks very inspiring
Sorry what is your mixer brush’s setting?
Wet 2% that's the only thing I have changed. Everything else remains the same.
I have Issues on how to brush and i am really worried
It's all about practice my brother. Watch more of my videos and you will get it.
How do you get 16 bit or higher photo?? Is that a setting inside the camrea?? Thanks
Once you are shooting in the Raw setting in your camera instead of JPEG you will have a 16 bit file.
@@Andredesignz thanks
I don't have retouching academy. Can you give me their link? because I want to download it✊
You will have to purchase it.
@@Andredesignz onhoo how much?
