This mod is great for multi player, but needs lots of micro management. I ended up getting the open air version and putting an open sided shed over them and pushing the pallets into a silo before trucking to a sell anything point. I also modded the capacity of the facility to take 100k litres before it filled up. You're gonna need productions to make $10 Million with potatoes, the premium potatoes just don't sell for enough.
