Bless you for even attempting to make Loubis remotely comfortable. The ultimate hack is just having someone carry you around! Jokes aside, this was a great video. You have a beautiful heel collection.
OR just sit with your legs beautifully crossed while sitting in a rolling office chair and have some else roll you around😂and make sure you have a stemmed glass of something in your hand!!!
I'm a high heel wearer and have been using these tips for years. They definitely work. Taping the toes together alleviates the pressure on that nerve running between those two toes that can cause pain. It works so well. Great video!
Knowing your foot shape can drastically help as well. I used to fit specialty dance shoes for a living and shape is EVERYTHING. When you purchase your shoes you need to know not only what length you foot is but also the width, and the shape of your toes. If you have a wider foot and a brand is notorious for running narrow that will make your shoes uncomfortable. If your feet are narrow and the shoes run wide then they will slip. If you have square toes, your pointier shoes are most likely going to pinch and if you have tapered toes, less pointed styles can lead to sliding forward in your shoes resulting in crunching your toes at the front and letting the heel slip in the back. Now that doesn't mean you are confined to a specific type of shoe because of your shape, but knowing your shape you can make smarter decisions and better know what will be needed to break in your shoes and make them more comfortable. 😊
Rachael The Red Unfortunately shoe manufacturers only make standard shapes and sizes. I haven't been able to get shoes that fit properly since we went over to continental sizes. If I could afford it I would have my shoes made.
Star HR yes it definitely helps to get your foot length and width. Some shoe brands (particularly those that sell online) now include sole width in their specs, along with guide on how to measure your feet, which helps a bit if you want to know whether your toes will fit. Just google search foot/shoe size chart and you’ll be able to get the instructions.
Will you go shoe shopping with me? I have about a 2/3 failure rate when buying shoes! I have triangular duck feet, wide at toes, very narrow at mid-foot and heels.
The reason taping the toes works is because there's a nerve the runs in between them and taping the nerve can alleviate pain caused by pressure and stretching it uncomfortably! Dancers have been using this tip for a while and I'm glad someone finally suggested it for mainstream shoe-wearing :)
For the blister stick alternative, I just use plain old vaseline. I keep a tiny one in my purse. You can also use any old lip balm for the lubrication; just don’t mix it up with the lip balm for your lips. For the shoe pads, I sometimes have problems with them sliding around, so I super glue them down. Just make sure the glue is fully dried before you wear them. Maybe you wouldn’t want to do this for designer/luxury shoes but works great for like Sam Edelman’s.
BloodInMyCoffeeSystem there’s fabric/medical tape that’s meant to put on skin, like what they use at the doctor/hospital. Not sure if band aids would work.
Here's two old school tips my mama taught me. 1. Wear hosiery. Heels are much easier to wear with hosiery, than without. 2. Vaseline your feet, whether you wear hose or not. Also, buy shoes with a cushioned footbed. All my heels are cushioned!
And ruining your back bone , cause our foot arch shape is the shape of our backbone . We completely ruin it by wearing these unrealistic high heels. Good luck
This is one of the best videos I've seen so far, you give so much great advice, I've added all those items into my Amazon cart, thank you! I really like that you've demonstrated how the Activ cushions can be placed in an unconventional way, to support whatever area needs support. Never thought of this!
Try the really cute mini Vaseline pots as an alternative to the Scholl lubricant. The principle is the same, as is the convenience of fitting into your purse.
Great tips! 😁 I am definitely trying the gel pads 😍 What also works really well on tight shoes is wearing damp / wet socks in them and then blow dry your shoes. You can gain half a size that way!
Wow, how wonderful and thank you for the tips, especially the stretch spray. My little tip - to avoid your toes sliding forward in your cute sandals(heels) during Spring and Summer is to spray a little hair spray on foot bed/toes OR the insole bed of shoe. Once, slightly dry, position foot in shoe to avoid hanging toes.😁. I love it when I can share something. Fun video and so helpful TFS💕
Thanks for the tips, I'm always between sizes but if I go up it's simple too loose and too unstable so I always go down, I'm looking forward to try the lotion and the tape to see if they really work.
I have used shoe stretch spray for 30 years. I have one foot that is almost a whole size larger than the other so this product has saved me. I get the half size in between and then put shoe stretch on the larger foot. Works every time.
This is so awesome, Amie! Thank you so much for sharing these tips, I had never thought about lubricating my feet 😂 I’ll have to give it a go, as funny as it sounds! Do you know if there’s any chance this could damage leather though? I’m a bit nervous with my more expensive shoes 😬
oxford172 if you’re anxious about wearing heels for your wedding, why wear them? There’s so many cute pairs of white flats (even ones specifically meant for weddings) that you can opt for :) I wouldn’t shame anyone for not wearing heels to their wedding. But if you still absolutely want to wear heels, try some with a ‘dance shoe’ heel. I find that they are super stable and very comfortable most of the time.
THANK U SO MUCH !! i have prom in 2 weeks and have never worn heels before !! tried to lotion trick after watching the video and omggg it feels so much nicer !!xx
Great content. Super helpful. Your hair is stunning - especially around your face. Just wondering what products you used to achieve that smoothness and hold.
Great tips! Thank you Amie. I like to wear heels too, but I normally wear them with tights or pantyhose. Do those tips work for that too? Or just for when your barefoot?
Apart from gel pads and other lining products, I have also invested in some numbing cream for extra pain relief in anticipation of the holiday season. The pharmacist said people use it to prepare for tattoos, so it should protect us from uncomfortable shoes well :)
I am SO against this. Pain is your body’s friend. If you need to numb your feet, because the pain is that bad… that is a shoe that doesn’t fit and is doing damage to your feet!!
I haven't put on a pair of heels on regular basis because they are mostly uncomfortable to me but after watching the hack tips you shared, I am pretty motivated to try them and start wearing more heels again. :-*
Amie, please do a video of how you take care of your clothes including shirts, skirts, dresses, pants, coats, scarves etc. I want to buy good quality clothes but I am scared of now knowing how to keep them looking good wash after wash! 🤦🏽♀️
Hey Amie, "Scholl" is a German name, you are saying it exactly right! ;-) We pronounce the sch > [ʃ], so pretty much as you would pronounce the sh in shoes! Have a lovely weekend
I had a similar experience with Vivian Lou. First attempted I felt like I was ripped out, but then I realized I didn't follow the instructions entirely for placement. Now I love them. I've purchased four sets since.
Very useful tips !!!! What about shoe sizing ? I always go for true to size, tight fit, however I have noticed many girls wearing bigger shoes than their actual size and you can see it because there is quite a bit of space at the back of the shoe but the shoes stay on and the heel doesn't slip. Any idea how to achieve this effect ? Bigger shoes obviously don't pinch you on the sides and the toe but how to make sure they stay put when you walk on them ?
There is a shoe stretcher usually made in wood or plastic, you can just leave it in the shoe, tightened using the screwing mechanism at the heel area for 1-2 weeks. It works! 🙂 and yes I use Vicks for lubricating the toes and heel area too
Great tips. I also use a heel guard in my flats as well as gel arch support since I have a high arch. I have a pair of heels and even with the heel guard my foot was slipping out the shoe. I took the heel guard off and put a get sole support in the ball of the shoe and it works well.
If you have high arches vionic are a good brand to try. There were plain designs are nice but woild be good if they had more that are thing based sandals. Only sandals my feet can cope with. I wear there insoles in all my shoes now
Thank you so much for the tips, Amie! Just in time for my convocation in Oct this year. However, I’m suffering from bunion on my left foot recently. I tried wearing heels with it and it hurts so bad! Will definitely try out the tips you’ve shared :)
Customizing the shoe cushion and placement is really smart! I was unsure if your video would bring up new ideas but it's really one of the smartest video on the topic 👏👏
One amazing pair of heels I have came with this separate bonus strap. It was a rhinestone pump but if you wanted to you could wrap this matching rhinestone leather strap around your ankle and under the shoe for support. For the next few years these were my favourite pair as the ankle strap helped me to wear them comfortably to break them in. Or I could look cute in just the pump for pictures and add the straps a little later while dancing for more support and to keep the heel on. These type of things can purchase separately or you can even find inexpensive clear ones for extra support. I highly recxomend
Hi Amie. Thank you for the video. Really enjoyed watching all the tips in this video. I bought a pair of L k Bennett shoes; the patent Florettes but they squeak. Did you have this problem with yours? If so how did you get rid of the squeak?
I 100% would add hosiery to this list. I only have a few pairs of heels at the moment (my shoe collection is sorely lacking in several areas lol) but for my pumps I wont wear them without wither no-show socks or (preferably) knee-high hose. I have never really liked full hose (I have come to realize that may be because they were always a little too small) but knee-high hose are a game changer with pumps and other dress shoes. I know they are "out of style" for most of the current generation but as someone in my 20s I think it is one of the lost secrets of comfortable dress shoes. Thigh-highs are also perfect for slightly shorter skirts if you don't want to see the top of the hose. Another note: I used an insert on a new pair of shoes I thought was shockingly too big (it seemed like a whole size or even size and a half jump from the half size down), turns out my foot was sliding too far into the toe area and with a grip to keep me in the right place they fit perfectly! the heel protectors are also great for this and I used some for a shoe that was slightly wide in the heel, again now they fit perfectly and are my favorite "everyday" pumps. I prefer lower heels but all these tips are great for getting our shoes to as close to customized as we can get!
Game changing for our foot comfort. Fantastic ideas and thank you so much! LOL, I paused the video and immediately taped my two toes together. I have the sling back Rock-Stud flats. I think this will help!!
HI This is a very helpful video thank you! I am an arthritis sufferer and I have a pair of awesome boots my son purchased for me as a gift but I have not been able to wear them for more than 15 seconds because they hurt my feet! I think maybe heel a little too high even though walking in them is fine but hurts my ankle and top part of my foot. Do you have any ideas or advice on how I could still wear these great shoes ?
I am being thrust abruptly into the world of the high heel after years of not wearing them, and this was a lifesaving video for me. I have been finding bits and pieces of this info. It was so nice to find it all in one video. Thanks for saving my feet.
Love all the tips. Due to getting blisters, I have bought every gadget for my feet. Also, my foot doctor helps me make my shoes comfortable. I could not believe that Dr. Sholl's stick would work, but it did to my surprise. I would like to try glueing my toes. As far as stretching the shoe, my friend suggested to rub the inside with cotton ball and alcohol. I have tried it and it did work. Xoxo...
🌸 2:46 the shoe on display will always cause issues with your foot The heal needed to have that bit that comes down in curve Check all your shoes, if heal doesn’t have that fat bit at base and gently slant inwards then it will not support your foot properly and will be too much pressure on your heal. Check out good quality made shoes vs cheaply made ones you will soon notice what I am describing
Thanks for all the suggestions! I would love to wear high heels more, but I don't for this reason, and also they are hard to walk in but definitely would try some of these tricks! ❤💕😊
Compeed does an anti-blister stick that you can get on Amazon for just over £4. I hear it works really well but haven't tried it myself yet. Excellent hacks though!
This was soo helpful because I order shoes online and over half of the time they are too big or slightly to small. BTW! You are pronouncing Dr Schol’s correctly😉
Hello amie! Thanks for adding links for your US subscribers. Totally appreciate that. By the way, your dr. scholl’s extreme heels gel pads link to an amope product.
Best to spray the shoe stretching spray on the inside of the shoe! Especially on patent. Also you can make your own by just diluting rubbing alcohol with water! These are awesome tips!
Hi Amie, thanks for the tips! Could you share how to avoid denim colour transfer onto handbags? I know you covered it before but I struggled to find the clip.
I remember that video - I think she said that she uses a spray to protect her bags and she also uses some kind of a spray to lock the colour of the jeans - I think it's called Scotchgard
Compeed also sells a very good blister stick. I use it for running and walking (walks of 100 km 😅 without stops) and it works perfectly. Now I know that it also helps for the high heels 👠
Just looking at some of your high heels makes me feel the pain, literally 😂 I'd love to be able to walk in them, though. I have 2-3 pairs of "high" heels, which never leave their boxes, lol
Aigerim hahaha. I can totally relate but I won't give up hope. Just note, practice makes perfect and I'm sure if you are anything like me who would invest in high-end shoes than you can gradually work your way up. 💕😋🥰🌸
Aigerim I know right? Her shoes looked painful. I have most of her gel liners she mentioned. My high heels are not as high. The really high heels are still painful even with all those thing you do to it. I have shoes that are just for display 😂 because of that.
I'm currently breaking in some Tory Burch flats that were discontinued but on sale at an outlet store. They didn't have my size and thought the half size smaller fit, until I realized how much pain it was when I wore them to dinner & obviously couldn't return after wearing. The dryer technique was too long and boring for me. But, I took some plastic baggies & squeezed them well into my flats, then poured water in them & put them in the freezer, so the water expanding would stretch the shoe. I left it for over a day. Then I wore them cold in my bedroom until they warmed up to normal (with thick socks). Then I started wearing them as house slippers for short periods, sometimes with socks. Plus, again wearing them regular to class where I knew I'd be sitting most of the time anyways. It's much more bearable now, but still not fully comfortable after hours of wear. I will continue using them as house slippers though
Thanks for the video! I also love putting anti-slip protective sole stickers on all my shoes so that they don’t slide. Bonus - Louboutin soles stay red underneath it! :)
Are you letting them cool with the socks on? My friend loves the hair dryer technique and what she does is put the socks on and then sits with them on while they dry. Like watching T.V. and stuff. I'm gonna try that spray though!
I haven´t used any heels higher than 2-3 inches for many years due to discomfort. But after seeing your black and nude cutout heels I just have to start wearing heels again, so beautiful shoes! l´ll start training after this weekend, have to go shopping first. Thanks!
Thanks Amie for this very useful video! I am eyeing the Gianvito Rossi suede pumps but unfortunately we don’t have shops here in Melbourne that will allow me to try on the size before buying. I don’t have a lot of pumps but my espadrilles I own from Chanel and Saint Laurent are size 35. I am not sure whether to get 35.5 or 36. Any thoughts?
I love high heels, they take so long to break in though, what helped me a lot especially with designer shoes was buying ones with ankle straps or thicker heels
Extremely thankful for this video! I am going through a transformation, internally and externally and as an almost 37 year old with three back to back pregnancies, my feet are one of the things that changed the most. Finding shoes has been a long journey, and these hacks make the difference. Thank you once again!
My pump keep slipping off my feets as I walk. I tried those shoe pads and gel things but didn't seem to work. I don't understand this didn't happen when I was younger. Any recommendation?
It will eventually be absorbed into your skin like lotions do, but of course you still need to clean the insides of your shoes from time to time. Putting silica packets or crumpled newspaper when not in use also absorbs moisture.
Baby wipes works very well to clean up any buildup. I, personally, like to use deodorant sticks to prevent blisters and stick mole skins to the inside of the heel to prevent slipping. Good luck.
@@chanthao730 deodorant is a good idea anyway. Hubby and son especially use spray deodorant to combat smell from sweat. Makes them much more comfortable
I haven't been wearing high heels since I had my third child and turned 40. I mostly wear mid-heeled shoes now. But, occasionally, I wear my Manolo's (105mm) for weddings, anniversaries, or parties and my lifesaver is: wooden shoe expanders/stretchers!
Love the tips! I especially love how it was just generic tips that everyone else always gives. I always have struggles with heels that aren't chunky but I guess I'll have to try again.
Could you also please do a video on how to fit high heels, I usually go for my size but after wearing them for couple of hours the shoes become so tight and hard to stand or walk in them. Should I be going for size up for heels? Any suggestions?
Is there a criteria at the shoe box area where your toes fit? Are you suppose to see 20% or 30% of your toe lines? Does that mean that the shoe box is too small? Is there a guide for that?
Amie, I just bought my first pair of CL, my true size is 36 and I got them in 37 bcuz the 36.5 were very tight, but one of the 37 is a bit loose (left side) idk if i should return them ? I'm afraid it may get looser after some time.of wear. Thoughts pls 🙏
One last tip qhen breaking in leather shoes in particular try sitting you feet in front of the heater i find it speeds up the break in period. Warm shoes are more flexible but dont let them get too hot.
Love this one Amie! Super helpful ❤️ I always use the gel heel liners as well as gel inserts in the front of the shoe since one of my feet is slightly larger than the other I have to work with each pair differently 😆 also, what lipstick are you wearing in this one? It’s to die for 😍🥰
Great tips! I follow a bunch of these. I've also found that learning to really walk well in heels makes a big difference and I have a video about how to do that and last in your heels all day! Also, blister bandaids are a godsend!
As much as I love buying heels I can never buy the pointy ones...lol I know I’ll dislocate something if I even tried to walk in those.😅but nevertheless I still love looking at them at least...👠🥺💜awesome vid! 😄👍
My feet are sweaty and often slide down making gaps at the back of my heels; and as a result, my shoes often slip off when I walk. As a remedy, I insert panty liners in my shoes to absorb the sweat or apply, what we call in the Philiipines, tawas powder to lessen the sweating. I did get something useful from your hacks - heel guards. Thanks for the tip. ☺️
Bless you for even attempting to make Loubis remotely comfortable. The ultimate hack is just having someone carry you around! Jokes aside, this was a great video. You have a beautiful heel collection.
Please edit to a warning title 😂🤣. Had to negotiate on either swallow my tea and laugh or reverse or at ago
OR just sit with your legs beautifully crossed while sitting in a rolling office chair and have some else roll you around😂and make sure you have a stemmed glass of something in your hand!!!
Hahaha Loubis are so uncomfortable for me, i wore them on my wedding day but they look so fabulous
The ultimate hack is not wearing heels at all. Your health will improve
I'm a high heel wearer and have been using these tips for years. They definitely work. Taping the toes together alleviates the pressure on that nerve running between those two toes that can cause pain. It works so well. Great video!
@Amber Maillet I wonder that too
Interesting taping the toes together I’ve never heard of that thanks for the tip!

I always spray my feet with liquid bandaid to prevent blisters & uncomfortable rubbing. Works so well I can go from day to night in comfort 😊
Am definitely going to give this a try.
What is it called? ❤️
Such a splendid idea. I must try ! Thank you :)
jaxwm Liquid Bandaid is the name.
WOW what a great tip!

Taping your toes makes sense! We do that on ballet for point shoes, but I never thought of it for heels
The tape helps to stabilize the toes. #bunheadlife
BloodInMyCoffeeSystem there’s fabric/medical tape that’s meant to put on skin, like what they use at the doctor/hospital.
Not sure if band aids would work.
@Miss Goldstone you can use a plaster
I’ve done that for a marathon too
perfect timing for prom season where so many of us younger girls are wearing heels for the first time! xx

I practice walking in super high heels at the grocery...pushing the cart strengthens your leg muscles and builds confidence.....
Denisejulia Benn 🤣
And ruining your back bone , cause our foot arch shape is the shape of our backbone . We completely ruin it by wearing these unrealistic high heels. Good luck
I know you are trying to learn how to wear it...Please dont wear it often. Don't hurt your body for current trends or aesthetics.

Does everyone drop their fruits and vegetables while you're walking up and down the aisle? haha! :P

Thank you for your review! Super informative, and did strike up a question. Would you combine both the Vivian Lou inserts and the Dr. Scholl’s?
High heel straps sandals help needed!!
Game changing for our foot comfort. Fantastic ideas and thank you so much! LOL, I paused the video and immediately taped my two toes together. I have the sling back Rock-Stud flats. I think this will help!!
Great suggestions... i love to wear high heel bt couldn't for long time ...hope next time it will help .. thanks a lot .. ❤❤❤
I never wear high heels anymore and I'm still watching this video.
Same
Yup
I can top that...I've NEVER worn high heels and am still watching these Hacks. 😆😆
@@sisatshuma6131 why do u wear high heels if so how high the heel
ᴡʜʏ ɴᴏᴛ?
Ohhhh I've tried the blow drying tip. It works beautifully but you need to use rubbing alcohol on the inside beforehand. Works wonders
Can’t wait to use these tips so i can finally enjoy my Louboutins more and longer. Thanks for sharing. 😊
Xoxo...
🌸 2:46 the shoe on display will always cause issues with your foot
The heal needed to have that bit that comes down in curve
Check all your shoes, if heal doesn’t have that fat bit at base and gently slant inwards then it will not support your foot properly and will be too much pressure on your heal. Check out good quality made shoes vs cheaply made ones you will soon notice what I am describing
Thanks for all the suggestions! I would love to wear high heels more, but I don't for this reason, and also they are hard to walk in but definitely would try some of these tricks! ❤💕😊
I have a long narrow foot with a thin heel and my shoes always slip. Gotta get the blister blocker and the heel liner. Great tips. Thanks!
Using deodorant in place of the stick works great too!
Emma McLaughlin, Omg, I just tried deodorant and it worked. Thank you for this suggestion and my toes thank you too. 😀
I also use deodorant to avoid chafing between my thighs. Works wonders and I can't wear dresses comfortably without doing it.
Jessica Dizon Like rub it on each thigh side? really
@@farlenmwewa83 if you have the dove deodorant spray just spray it where you chaff and you be good to go. No need to rub it in
Compeed does an anti-blister stick that you can get on Amazon for just over £4.
There is brand called „compeed“....same as the Scholl-Stick. I know they sell them in Germany, but you may be able to be both brands on Amazon.
Hi Amie, thanks for the tips! Could you share how to avoid denim colour transfer onto handbags? I know you covered it before but I struggled to find the clip.
I remember that video - I think she said that she uses a spray to protect her bags and she also uses some kind of a spray to lock the colour of the jeans - I think it's called Scotchgard
addieblue thank u!
Thanks for posting your video...nice to take care of myself again watching these.
I rarely wear heels so this was super helpful! Thank you!!
I receive donations, 😂😂😂 I love high heels
Aigerim I know right? Her shoes looked painful. I have most of her gel liners she mentioned. My high heels are not as high. The really high heels are still painful even with all those thing you do to it. I have shoes that are just for display 😂 because of that.
That me lol so am not alone
same here
Thanks for all the tips! I just bought my first set of heels (I have very petite sized feet), and I’m sure I’m gonna need your hacks.
I just bought my first pair of designer shoes for my wedding and I really need all these tips!
Congratulations on your wedding!💜
Wow thanks for this tip!
Are you letting them cool with the socks on? My friend loves the hair dryer technique and what she does is put the socks on and then sits with them on while they dry. Like watching T.V. and stuff. I'm gonna try that spray though!
Body Glide may work if you can’t find the Dr. Scholl’s stick. (Find it at a sporting goods store-usually in the running section.
& Solemates Blister Blocker :)
i am a guy who is obsessed with heels, particularly pumps! your shoes are so beautiful! i love them!! ❤👍👠🙂
I haven´t used any heels higher than 2-3 inches for many years due to discomfort. But after seeing your black and nude cutout heels I just have to start wearing heels again, so beautiful shoes! l´ll start training after this weekend, have to go shopping first. Thanks!
I love the leopard d’arcy heel....what is the brand?
Thanks for the great tips. I've never heard of taping my toes, but it seems so easy, I'll have to try it!
My pump keep slipping off my feets as I walk. I tried those shoe pads and gel things but didn't seem to work. I don't understand this didn't happen when I was younger. Any recommendation?
Did you try the strip pad that goes attached on the inside of the shoe at the top of the heel ?
Yes that happens to me narrow heals and ankle
That's why I'm here. I just brought my pumps and same problem :'(
Seriously a game changer! I don’t know why I haven’t bought any until just now I ordered a bunch of the gel liners and gel pads.
Don’t you worry about getting a build up of the lubrication inside the shoes? Wouldn’t it make the inside of the shoe moist and encourage bacteria?
Live life
It will eventually be absorbed into your skin like lotions do, but of course you still need to clean the insides of your shoes from time to time.
You said Scholl correctly. 😊
Thank you for all the wonderful tips!
I have 15 years old and I wear high heels. I love to walk in them and they make me feel more powerful.
A C your feet are just swelling. Try to sit down and elevate your feet whenever possible
I like those beige shoes that you put the scholl pads in,,, where are they from ??
Is there a criteria at the shoe box area where your toes fit? Are you suppose to see 20% or 30% of your toe lines? Does that mean that the shoe box is too small? Is there a guide for that?
Great tips! Do you use the shoe stretch spray for your Gianvito Rossi plexi pump too? I have pair need to stretch it a bit! Thanks : )
It’s to die for 😍🥰
Love your accent, you’re my accent hero!
And these tips do really work.
I use orthopedic inner sole, it has 1 or 2 soft pads on it, that spread pressure on feet correctly. It helps a lot. Even for flat shoes.
Which gel pads would you recommend for Christian louboutins?
i would like to also know how to deal with a shoe which is a bit bigger than your feet ,how do you make it fit very well and nice.thanks Amie
Does the blister stick help with the ball of the foot?
My feet are sweaty and often slide down making gaps at the back of my heels; and as a result, my shoes often slip off when I walk. As a remedy, I insert panty liners in my shoes to absorb the sweat or apply, what we call in the Philiipines, tawas powder to lessen the sweating. I did get something useful from your hacks - heel guards. Thanks for the tip. ☺️
Brilliant thank you. I’ve done everything but tapping my toes I will try that I’m also sharing this because everyone needs to know
Buying the lubrication stick for my Valentino flats! I’ve never heard of it before, thanks for mentioning it ❤️
