Where in the World is Carmen Sandiego? PC Full Run #2 (Part 1)

Well, if you all remember earlier this year, I did a full run of Where in the World is Carmen Sandiego for the PC, and was successful in catching her. Now, the time has come for me to try to do it all over again! That's right, another full run of Where in the World is Carmen Sandiego? for the PC! How will I do this time? I still remember I used to watch the PBS show of the same name as the PC version when I was a kid.

Enjoying this playthrough so far. Makes me want to break out the game myself, if I can get it running on a relatively new laptop.
There is one thing though. Why do you not pick up the clues on the ground that the janitors miss? In most cities the Ick brothers will miss something left behind by a criminal, such as a book or a note from Carmen. Those notes always have a clue that will help fill out your warrant and may make it easier when the witnesses don't give the info you need.
