The theater was packed every night and Jennifer always delivered. The "Dreamgirls" musical was insanely successful and had a long run. WITHOUT Jennifer it would not have lasted.

Beyond perfection, this is perfection. That performance by Jennifer Holliday was like a nuclear bomb, it laid waste to anyone else ever trying to inhabit that song. She decimated any other pretenders who tried it after her.
