No doubt about it, the peaches and nectarines really benefit from being in a greenhouse. Glad to see the citrus looking so good as well as Spring approaches 😁
Nice to see your peach and nectarine flowering already, Conor. I noticed the buds were starting to swell on my peach trees outside so I decided to move them into the greenhouse to try and keep them dry and protect them from any frosts, although now I can't really get into the greenhouse as they've taken up all the remaining space lol. Nice to see flowers coming on your citrus trees too! Yeah, the I-258 fig was rooted last year and I grew it outside, it would have done better in the greenhouse, but I didn't have enough space in the old one to fit them all in. But it should do much better after the repotting and an early start in your greenhouse.
Thanks Peter, I hope yours flower well. I think it's meant to get a little colder for a bit, but hopefully they'll be OK in the greenhouse. Thanks, yes I think the apical bud is starting to swell on the I258 actually, so pretty sure it'll grow away strong. Vinny said he'll be sending cuttings out soon, so hope yours turn up OK. 🌿
@@hopeitgrows2892 Oh nice! Yeah, I saw one of Vinny's recent videos and he mentioned he was waiting for the weather to be a bit drier to take the cuttings.
Oh cool! Yeah I think I should be OK as they're in the greenhouse in the south east. Hopefully yours hold out until after the last frost for you. Yeah I'm hand pollinating a little, as there aren't too many insects out atm. 😊🌿

Thanks, yeah definitely, though my crimson bonfire is outside and flowering too!

Iv got 3 apricot trees that fortunately havn't flowered yet, i say that because i don't want frost killing them. Are you hand pollinating?
