Great idea! Life in prison or waiting in death row for years is not good enough punishment. They should struggle and feel terrified every second of their life, like those kids they tortured, not knowing when or what they would die of and how long they would suffer

Playing Devil's Advocate, I'd feel much worse if I found out I killed the wrong person. Not only did I let the actual pedophile live, but I killed an innocent person for someone else's crime. That's why I would rather take the time to investigate to ensure that the target is actually guilty before killing them. It may take longer than some want, but at least I would be sure that I got the right criminal.
What about you? Would you take the time to investigate and lower the risk of killing the wrong person?

I think that businesses which contribute to sexual abuse, especially child sexual abuse, should be burnt down.
I would also press the button, but I think that is to easy, make them suffer like their victims, but we shouldn't pay for them to stay in prison. Torture is the best way to deal with the worst child molesters and murderers, death is the end for them, but their families will suffer a life time and so they shpuld suffer a fate worse than the death penalty.

If ever there were a case for hanging it surely has to be this heinous murder of an innocent little 9 yeah old girl. Such hangings should be carried out in public, so they could witness justice being done.

Capital punishment should be restored in all countries of Europe. It is the best punishment for rape, murder, treason. I totally support capital punishment. Sadly, I live in Lithuania where like in almost all Europe where are no capital punishment at all. And that’s the worst thing that makes me angry while living in Europe. The death penalty is the most appropriate, the best punishment to be imposed for murder, extradition and rape. A great examples are India, Japan, Pakistan, Vietnam, Indonesia, Brunei where are capital punishment for a lot of crimes. And it’s just amazing, adorable. Such countries like Japan, India, Pakistan, Vietnam, Indonesia, Brunei are an example. I sincerely hope that for crimes such as murder and treason Europe will recover the wonderful and amazing capital punishment.

It costs the tax payer £44.6 thousand a year to keep someone in prison - and that’s without the extra measures that may be in place to protect someone like this such as extra prison staff and protective custody placement. I know it’s controversial but I don’t feel like the public should pay for the care and protection of a child sex offender. I understand why the death penalty was removed however with modern technology and forensics there is a significantly smaller probability of miscarriage of justice in this way. It’s a personal opinion and I’d never enforce it on anybody but I believe that a person capable of causing such permanent psychological and physical damage to the most vulnerable members of society don’t deserve the luxury of life anymore. You can disagree with me and I completely understand the opposing view it’s just my opinion

Some people do get set up and if we kill them on the first shot (no pun intended) than we find out that they didn't do it. Would you say sorry to the family members who you have just killed. However, death is never the way to go not just because it's vindictive but you could also end up killing a wrongly convicted person too because it has happened before. That's why some countries don't have it, besides death is too easy for some criminals.
