  • Know some basic leg strikes will be a game changing skill set to have under your belt, if ever in an aggressive confrontation. When knowing the proper usage of a leg kick it can exceed the length of any punch. When throwing a kick you can use your lead leg, which gives you more speed and less commitment. The rear leg will deliver more power and have far more commitment. In this video Coach Jeremy will teach you how. Don’t be a victim.

    Great video! Personally my favorite kick is the side kick, or specifically crossover sidekick. Great for distance, and my most powerful kick next to my back kick for sure.
