BEST Avatar fact James Cameron IS an inventor AND a Canadian.
@Avatar Guy Dafuq can that bastard quaritch come back?! He should stay dead, he deserved it.😡
Pandora is a moon and probably shouldn't be compared to Earth, while I do understand the diverse ecosystems within both was where the comparison laid.
Jake has different hair in Avatar 2
Another fact about Avatar 2 is that I've literally waited half my life for this movie. I was 13 when the original premiered at the cinemas, I'm 26 now. I watched Avatar 2 last night and I can honestly say it was worth the wait. It's not a movie, it's a journey and an experience to watch. And to anyone who says they will watch it when it comes to streaming services: Don't. Watch it at the cinemas.
Yes indeed it was worth your wait @ Samuel 👌 Both are brilliant movies!!
I really want them too hit 2B so that we will for sure get 3,4,5
I dont get why people dont want to sit 3 h in the cinema. The 3h flew past me
@@Ble33334 it just passed 1.7B we're getting there!
@@musa4k236 me too. Even more so the second time I watched it! Now I can't wait for it to come out on 4k blu-ray
Watched Avatar yesterday and can I tell you the movie doesn't feel like released 13 years ago. It is overwhelmingly relevant today. Superior than most recent sci-fi movies.
I watched it yesterday and the 4k and 3d make it seem like I was watching it for the first time.
@@kittymae7019 ya ..it was a novelty for me too. Watched it 4 times in the theatres.
@@kittymae7019 is there new clip on the new Avatar Remastered? or it still same???
@@SalamatSoftware that’s the one I watched and it’s the same but better quality. Still gives me chills during the final battle.
This applies to every James Cameron movie.
The fact that Cameron was the first to dive in the deepest part of the ocean while the sequels were "delayed". He is single-handedly the most dedicated to his craft and does the necessary research. Simply the most brilliant director of our time.
True, I think the cast trained for months to be able to hold their breath for longer.
I saw an interview with James Cameron once while visiting the inside of T I T A N I C. He considers himself more of an explorer than a Hollywood director. Making movies is his side hustle. A side hustle that makes him alot of $.
@@tailtap2222 It's a heck of a hustle for a side hustle!
Deep down I want that Avatar encyclopedia
for serious!
Where do we get one????
Avatar has been my favorite movie ever since I was a kid, ever since the first movie came out. It built my childhood and I still love it. I’ve watched it probably fifty to sixty times now, and I’ve read the lore more times than I can count. Words cannot describe how excited I am for this movie. It genuinely brings tears to my eyes.
@@jamesfoxsmith So you didn't understand anything about the movie. What's your lQ? I would betray humans if I met some aliens that were more intelligent and nice than humans.
@@jamesfoxsmith I'm Intp so I'm very logical. Humans are not my favourite species so I would gladly abandon them and go live with aliens. Jake is not a simp and pervert either. There is nothing logical about your opinion.
@@jamesfoxsmith You basically claim you're logical while defending species that are destroying themselves and would destroy other planets too if that was possible in real life...
@@jamesfoxsmith ur kind of peopIe are one of the biggest reasons I don't Iike humans
@@jamesfoxsmith Logical person would invent something so that we wouldn't have to rob other species and nature
Great video brother! I saw Avatar today in the theatre and oh boy, I can't begin to describe how good it was. It's so refershing to see it on the big screen, even though most of us have watched it a million times, haha. I can't still wrap my head around the fact that this movie was released 13 years ago, especially because of how crappy CGI has gotten ever since. Also, to whoever is going to watch the re-release, do wait for the 5+ minute glimpse of Avatar 2 towards the end. It's SOOO GOOD with the higher frame rate and newer ways to capture motion.
Top up, I really appreciate your comments, DM 👆 I have some packages for you
I saw the first part only in 2013 and regret so much not having seen it in 3D at the cinema in 2009. I've been waiting for a sequel ever since. Now, after about 11 years have passed, I already watched the second part of Avatar two times (soon going for the third) in the theatre and still can't get enough of this adventure. It's a masterpiece; 3 hours haven't been long enough honestly. It was a journey that makes you forget you're simply watching a movie. Both parts have a special place in my heart and I can't wait to see more.
I do imagine the actors getting emotional especially since they are part of one the biggest movie franchises ever
BROO nothing can truly describe how excited I am for this movie, I didn’t know there was such thing as a happy panic attack

Update I watched the movie, it was great, I am happy
Avatar: The movie franchise where world-building takes center stage, and I'm completely okay with it. 😁
No, seriously, I normally gripe about character development and stuff, but I've made an exception here because I feel like they purposefully want the world-building, cinematography, and technological innovation aspects to shine more.
84 days until Avatar 2 lads
James Cameron never disappoints! Can't wait to finally watch Avatar 2 after 13 years of waiting! I already know I'm going to cry while immersed in the beautiful world of Pandora!
And how was it ?
Personally I absolutely loved it
I mean the graphics were just unbelievable amazing
@@teezy1234
It was breathtaking, I was speechless, I was so overwhelmed that I have to watch it again!
@@T0MM1XD same I’m also gonna watch it again, but this time in 3D
2:43 lol
Edit:I liked how you said he's still dead like as if James cameron would bring him back but couldn't
Avatar the way of wo-ah 😂 God I love British accents
😆
Australia
I wish there was a way to bring back Trudy but there does not seem to be one. But Quaritch is back. I liked him in the first one but I loved him in this one. And hearing things like "he's back for all the upcoming sequels" truly warms my heart.
Cant wait to see Kate Winslet as Ronal, and genuinely excited to see the Metcayina Clan!
"The Way Of Water"
Chewkz : Eh weh oh wa eh... 😂😂😂
Rest in Peace James Horner
Watched the Film in IMAX 3D absolutely stunning! I love Avatar 💙💙
I just watched Avatar 2 yesterday in 4DX3D. SO GOOD. Oh my. I'm absolutely obsessed.
Watching avatar feels like traveling to another world, so much indigenous creatures and the songs are just ❤️❤️❤️🔥
So hyped for tomorrow, I'm going to go watch avatar in imax 3d
It'll be amazing on a panoramic screen!
Awesome fact compilation! I'm hopeful Simon Franglen will do the soundtrack justice. I think he will as if he can't then Jim will just find someone else who can.
You mean found. Most has been filmed already
What I wish to see in sequels is more independent characters with the same relevance as Jake Sully. A plot like LOTR or the Avengers rather than just showing Jake & family or Jake &friends. They can still give a chance to Matt Damon and many more.
Okay we’ll make sure we do that for you
can't wait for avatar 3, i want to see neteyam please. if Tsu'tey was still alive im sure he would be as protective of neteyam as Jake is
neteyam died tho
This was an absolutely phenomenal film the scenes were magnificent and the actors developed the characters very well…
wait 5 movies? so we are going to be waiting another 25 years to see them all LOL
nope nope, 3 to 5 will be released every other year
@@troublemaker4lyf ahhh cool, thanks for confirming
@@ajfatca yup four of the sequels are fully shot already. It’s the cgi that has taken the most time.
@@rawrisiloveuindinify got it that makes sense, thanks!

LOVE your editing on this!! For example: When you said "Neytiri", she appeared from Jake's behind. Loved that 😅
The editing makes the video
Nothing better than appearing from someonez behind. So juice fastic tangy

A perfectly cut diamond of a film, this holiday season.
So are ready for the way of wota?

"You won't have to have seen any of the other movies to enjoy the one you're watching"
Me who rewatched the first movie countless of times throughout the years since 2009: Well in my defense, It feels like a first time every time I watch it. I can't get enough of the hallelujah mountains. What a beautiful world they made.
I'm sure this will be a FAR better use of a billion dollars than the dumpster fire that is Amazon's Rings of Power.
I was nine when the first Avatar came out and i have been waiting ever since, i am so excited to see this movie its unreal!!!!!!!!!!!!
Even if the story doesn't hit, the new techniques and technology will change cinema forever.
Alright it will be done, but while I have a package for you message me through my above link
Absolutely breathtaking my friend 10/10
I like to imagine that Quaritch gonna be the Dracula for the family of Jack and Neytiri. That even if he will survive in all the movies, the family still gonna be a pain on his neck.
@Gerik Dafuq can that bastard quaritch come back?! He should stay dead, he deserved it.😡
Greatest Movie of All Time
Imagine turning down a role in a James Cameron movie.
Avatar the way of water might be longer than avatar two
That is avatar 2…
I'm getting teary eyed watching this video! God knows what I'm going to be like in the cinema 😭
I saw avatar when I was in like 5th grade I recently went back and saw it in theaters (now a freshman in college). Let me tell you I immediately fell in love with movie and am so excited for the sequels.
I'm crying right now for this movie and the new scenes
Variable Refresh Rate is a very smart idea. I hate how jittery pans on landscapes can get but don't really like the smoothness of characters either. Best of both worlds.
How is this going to work with blu-ray and streaming?
@@snaplash HDMI already supports VRR (Variable Refresh Rate), DisplayPort introduced Adaptive Sync even earlier. Lots of TVs with HDMI 2.1 support added VRR support by now (the numbers will rise, since it's a nice feature for consoles right now). VFR (VariableFrameRate) has been possible with H.264 (video codec of the original bluray, but not its only codec) for a long time, though I don't know how well the support of players is (probably non-existent). Technically it should be possible to burn bluray's with a variable refresh rate video, but it would need to be standardized for the bluray.
In the end: the VRR version could be limited to (certain) cinemas like the 48Hz version of the Hobbit was (afaik)
Streaming might have it easier to adopt since they don't have to standardize physical media and can update their software to their own vision, as long as the hardware/TV supports it. I mean Netflix already serves the fairly new codec AV1 to the PS4 etc. That's possible because it decodes the Video in Software like a PC. Unlike Bluray-Players that probably prefer less flexible but less expensive hardware decoders.
@@snaplash You code at a higher fps. There will be duplicate frames for lower fps.
Great video. Only facts and each fact is based. Editing is top notch and got really professionnal. Keep up the good work!
I can't really wait to play Frontiers of Pandora, i'm a huge AVATAR fan and nerd about the lore! Probably going spend much of my time playing it!
Great video, as always 💙
I am so excited for this I can’t even explain
I'm really looking forward to seeing more sea creatures (Tulkun, Nalutsa, and Ilu) included as well as some of the unidentifiable sea creatures like the hammerhead looking fish in the trailer. I think it'll also be cool to see all of the new ships, submarines, and other tech that the RDA (Cet-Ops) will be using in this next film (and subsequent films).
Exceptional video. Thank you for the content.
About fact number 8, I absolutely love that. I watched it with my friend, who hadn't seen the first one, but she caught on so quick
Very inderesting.... You guys knocking it out the park, keep the vids comin xxx
I am god
Come at me bro! Nothing can take these pure dripping aesthetics I have!!!
Has anyone heard anything about the other planets in the Alpha Centauri Star system making an appearance in the Avatar sequels? I remember seeing one interview with Cameron where he says this will be the case, but since then, I haven’t heard anything else.
Bro just focus on this movie coming put for now. We’ve waited long enough. Just enjoy this
@@eliasflores777777777 you can be assured I will! Cannot wait!
This is exactly how I feel about these movies and Jim. Thank you for this vid. lol.
What a ride! Thanks James!
I'm dying to see the full trailer.
This guy has to be from Hull. I could recognise that accent anywhere! 😂 Enjoyed the content, thank you!
Very very close!
I think Simon did well on the score. I just wish he added a bit more horns, you know, Horners style.
I'm sure it was a massive weight on his shoulders.
Now all i can think of Ryan Gosling in the theatre shouting PAPYRUS!!!!!
By the way, I actually wish they would've picked Hans Zimmer for the music in the future parts, because his compositions are out of this world. I know he could do Avatar it's justice and work at the same epic level. RIP James Horner... 😢
The way of "WOOAA" :D
What kind of prizes are there for people who knew all 15 facts? lol

Guerrilla Games who made Horizon Forbidden West on PlayStation should no cap make a game set in the Avatar world and it would be incredible :D

Thanks Avatar Guy for your interesting facts ✌& I've enjoyed watching your video. We had our family night out 2 Sundays ago & we watched Avatar 2 in 3D : It's a brilliant movie & have enjoyed it throughout. 👉Years ago we also watched together the 1st Avatar & it was absolutely an unforgettable cinematic experience too 👍 ... [31.Dec.2022]🎉
Just saw the german translation yesterday for the first time and damn it was great. Problably going to watch it a second time in the cinema for the 3D experience and I am pretty sure that some of the scenes that already amazed me in 2D will blow my mind. Never watched a 3D movie before.
imagine an avatar movie set in snowy mountains
Honestly I'm patient I love the fact that they took extra time on the movie, I just hope that the writing reflects what I see in the trailer because the writing quality in movies today have gone very down I know a lot of video games that have better writing and story telling
Very good video. Best wishes from the 🇬🇧
This is so damn interesting! I didn’t know any of this 😮📚🙌
It is fascinating...We will be expecting Avatar 3, 4 and 5.
I hope to be alive for the final one hehehehe
@@TheBigpapax30 exciting! You’ll be here, don’t worry 😊
The hype is real
"I wouldn't even pretend to understand" 😂
Great video. I will point out that the avatar movies are following the same concept of the dark crystal. A far off planet with humanoid aliens, living in a very native way, an alien race shows up and starts draining the world of its life force and resources. Its over looked due to being puppets but the main story is very much that same thing, and the navi look a lot like gelfing. Huge eyes, pointed ears that sit higher on the head and move like cats, flatter faces with smaller jaws and chins, markings and skin colors based on the environmental impact they live on.
This movie certainly shows a reflection of how the colonisers came into the African and Polynesian/Melanesian and micronesian lands to take their belongings. Reminds me of true history that had happened
I actually like that we get one main villain
@JustN! He should stay dead, he deserved it.😡
@@iso-didact789 fair enough
I'm just hoping it explains how the characters that died are coming back, and at least does so in a manner that makes sense. For instance I can understand Sigourneys character coming back cause of where she died, sorta like eywah couldn't put her in a new body so chose to have her reborn. That would make sense. As far as Stephen's character though, he died in a forest, they're was no connection for him to go to. Not only that but he didn't have an avatar body made for him. I get that the movies are supposed to be stories within themselves but if you don't have some form of continuity is gonna make the overarching story just weird. I think they should have had the corporation trying to mine the unobtainium as the enemy, giving the "its the same bad guy" idea, but letting Stephen's character stay dead since it just makes sense. He had no avatar body and even if he did without eywah he couldn't be transferred into that body, and in fairly certain he wouldn't be able to do it that way either.
Thank You sir!
I fucking teared up many times watching this movie
Pandora is moon of jupiter, they call the sunset eclipse, because sun goes behind jupiter, And you can clearly notice that the huge world next to Pandora is jupiter. That makes sense, since some of its moons are even bigger than pluto. (:c)
There is a dedicated channel about Avatar? lol But this is good
Ive got tickets to watch avater 2 in cinemas
I wouldn't say each movie is "standalone" unlike marvel seeing as you kinda need to watch avatar 1 to understand who Quaritch is, or who grace is. I think they mean "standalone" as in each movie has its own beginning, middle, and end... So it's almost exactly like most Marvel movies: it's good to watch the other movies for context, but you don't HAVE too.
i would love a psychedelic scene!
Been watching the movie 'bout 10 years ago. Really interesting childhood
Can't wai!!!
I know it will be as astonishing as the first one but as avatar being my number 1 movie, the Navi's look more cartoon-ish now. But I'd still love it.
A perfect addition ➕ should be made to the cast. The perfect villain: Lance Henriksen!!
wow.
Time to watch the original again on the 70" 3D TV I bought specifically for the first film.
