I went to You-tube to see how you attach the round metal piece so that the display can rotate. The video didn't show how to do it neither did the instructions. But it took a while but I figured it out. The part that's missing on the instructions & video is that it doesn't tell you to use the Large whole on the round metal piece to rotate to bottom. Once you rotate the whole it will allow you to apply the screws to the top sections then you will be able to rotate the display. Other then that the Display is a very nice piece to show off your promo stuff.
