Hello Marina; I am not certain I understand your question, but it's important to not that this technique is designed to be useful in easing INTO speaking to keep tension low and flow/fluency increase. There are other techniques that are useful for helping ease OUT of stutters. These include cancellation, pullout, and preparatory set. Those techniques are demonstrated in some of our other videos in this series.
