This was awesome! I love the chemistry between Chloe and Lucifer. The fact they can go from playfully teasing to sweet and back again in less than a minute is incredibly awesome. The second "Thank you" when Chloe touches Lucifer's arm is adorable, Lucifer seems both pleased and embarrassed by it. I' wonder which will happen first, Lucifer realizing he doesn't want Chloe to believe he is the devil or Chloe accepting the truth and freaking out.

One thing I've always appriciated about this show - they didn't play around with spending several seasons drawing out having the 4-5 closest people in the lead's life, learning their supernatural secret. So many vampire shows spend the first 2+ seasons working so hard to keep the love interests and a couple BFFs from learning the leading dude is a vampire, then a season of the vampire and the one person IN The Know trying to keep everyone else from finding out, etc. etc. LUCIFER just went, "Nope. He tells everyone his name, who he is, lays it all out on the line. People just don't believe him, but he's so charming they don't have him committed".
Lauren German is so Beautiful. Her eye's are just so amazing. I didnt think I would like this show but I was so wrong, it is awesome.I hope Fox keeps it going. I'm so glad season 2 was bumped up to 22 episodes.
The first episode was very good! Oddly cute and adorable I can't wait for more scenes with these three, especially Luci and Trixie. I can see it now that he's gonna get attached to her somehow and probably end up saving/protecting her. ^^

They´re chemistry is just out of this world, and their relationship is as funny as it is sweet. On the one hand, Lucifer shows himself like this arrogant womanizer but, deep inside, he´s a lonely kid craving for affection as both in hell and on Earth he´s always been alone, not to mention his daddy issues. That´s why Chloe is not only his friend/love interest, but also like the typical big sister who keeps her little brother out of trouble.
Lucifer is a fallen angel, but he is still an angel. This show put a different twist to theological perspectives. It is fictional writing, but it does show the devil having empathy, and enjoyment with living with humans. The shows writers also put in place he’s taking a “time out” from being the evil emperor. He found a mortal he likes and made sure she didn’t have too much harm done to her.
I watched this again and I realized : The actress who plays Trixie basically just grew up on this show. Before this I stumbled across another scene where Dan dies and Trixie weeps in Chloe's arms in the hospital and now when I saw this, she looks so small. Time really does go fast.
They reshot the other Dan scenes and skipped this one. I think the showrunners realized this was a bad scene for Dan. The way he talks to Chloe was accusatory and weird.
They filmed the pilot episode earlier than the rest of the season and the guy who played Dan in this episode was originally the guy who was cast for detective douche. They changed the actor in the middle of the season because he left the Lucifer TV show and went to play in The Flash
