    Thank you for finally making diy videos. I am assuming that on a 2006 wrx you would have to cut it open?

    You're lucky yours came apart so easily. I've baked mine at 200 degrees for 10 minutes didn't do anything. Did it for 15 minutes. Silicone was still solid. Solis enough that the lens simply broke on all sides.

    i have the faded red side marker recall on my driver side s2000 tail light and im going to bake them apart and re-tint the marker instead of buy new lights! thanks!

    Did that but didn’t work out for Acura Integra 1996...any other option/opinion you might have...

      AR A you can reuse the sealant that's still there, or use headlight sealer (known as butyl tape)

    On the 06 Subaru taillights. Do you have to cut it? Cuz i just want to seal it back up

    Useful info. My Subaru Forester tail lights have those clips on the bottom and screws along the inner body side. Is this the procedure I would use?

      @@finnhig5171 I can’t even remember watching this lol. I literally baked the SG forester tail lights in the oven and they were able to be separated. I will rewatch this again.

    Stopped watching after lens have been put on the metal in the owen. Bad practice as it will eventually lead to melted portion. Put it on a wood. It is way safer.
