Can a mic still be used normally while doing this if the mic is plugged into the microphone input?
I have a similar model like the Behringer mixer you have (forget which one it is) I have been struggling with how to set it up. I have two distortion pedals, a digital delay and just picked up a Behringer equalizer. I run it through an amp (small little guitar amp) but I don't think I'm doing it right. Could you by chance explain which plugs should go to the amp vs which ones will go to pedals? Silly question, but I feel like I'm not running it to it's full potential.
dude this is exactly the video I needed. I was able to see the gear in previous videos, but never the set up. this is perfect timing. I'm looking to buy patch cables for all the gear when I get it. I need to know what type of patch cables I should get and which ones are best for Noise Music if any? What patch cables are you using?

I want to get different delays that range from a minute to such a close delay that it basically makes it's own frequency notes. I could only do that with my computer, and it was pretty good. but, I'd like hardware. also weird shit with gates with modulation.
I'm a novice at this, so thank you for these videos. They're really killer and really helpful. Dumb question coming: Is your mixer running through an amp AKA how is the sound in your loops being amplified?
I’m glad they’re helpful!! I have a cable that runs from the main outs of my mixer into a USB port and Audacity recognizes it as a microphone. I just record the feed from my mixer. I linked to it in the first plug n play video I believe.

all of the action is happening in the mixer and the pedals. your pc only comes in if you want to record something and its not an issue
