Hey Feran! My impression so far has been that 3-6 stops is actually a really good range. Usually on a day that I'd need more than 6 stops I'd probably consider it quite harsh light to shoot in, and would generally plan to shoot at a more convenient time of day, or find some shade. I rarely will put it on for as little as 2 stops because this kind of exposure can easily be accounted for by closing the aperture a little bit, so I think the mid range works well as a set and forget type of thing, which is ideal, because changing between filters for subtle exposure changes is fiddly and inconvenient! I think if you vlog every day, or you're a cinematographer going for really specific creative choices you will run into circumstances where it limits you on both ends of the spectrum, but for something to slap on and forget about for a day of outdoor shooting I think it's good and half the price of the 2-5 and 6-9, so unless you're looking for the added benefits of the Mist Edition PMKVND 2, I think this is an ideal place to start. Hope that helps, thanks so much for coming and checking out my work!
I've been indecisive on getting either the 2-5 and 6-9 stop VND for my camera, but do you think the 3-6 holds well?
