Ocular Surface Squamous Neoplasia (OSSN) is very easy to miss yet an important ocular surface premalignant lesion. A high degree of suspicion is important coz it mimics a pterygium. Screenshot the last table discussing the treatment aspects. Enjoy this little piece :)
