Moral of the story: Don't play Valorant.
Right?! valorant is the one in the wrong for existing 🤣

1 minute and 30 seconds in and I can already deduce that this is going to be extremely stupid
Can conirm, this was extremely stupid
I lost brain cells from this nonsense
I knew tht 44 seconds in
slow reaction, you shouldve known it was gonna be stupid as soon as you read the title (it's valorant drama)
all of these videos
Why is this even a drama? These are such a lukewarm internet interaction. People are so brainrotted that they have to certainly determine who was in the wrong in such a nothing moment
If the edit wasn't made, we wouldn't be here honestly
...Because a guy got pressed over a girl saying two words in a video game.
Bc he doesn’t like her lol
I guess nothing major is happening recently
@@kltil5082 guy got mad at her tone, which is reasonable but not a big deal enough to say anything about IMO. She ended up blowing it out of proportion by making it about gender
My favorite genre is now drama about people nobody knows or cares about
Ong
Joona didn't need to bring gender into it, but I don't understand why Light shat his pants over two little words. Making mountains out of molehills yet again.
..He brought gender into it. The second he heard a girl's voice he honed in and started talking about e-girls, then started searching things up about her, then accuses her of having an ego before she even said anything.. She brought up being a woman because if this was a guy saying "he knows" it wouldn't have been edited in the first place, guys say way ruder things in comms everyday and no one cares. He also specifically spectated her, which chicks deal with all the time.
Women reacting to these things isn't them bringing gender into it.
Men treating them differently and the pattern being very obvious is what's bringing gender into it.
You don't go into games and half the time you try to talk someone brings up your gender or starts paying closer attention to you because of whats in between your legs.
And any guy that starts making some deal about a chick being in the game is 99% of the time going to be spectating you the second he dies.
I don't know how these concepts are so hard for males to understand.
@@kltil5082what the yap
@@kltil5082 wow the low IQ bar is getting lower. She didn't hear any of that. do you know how a mic works? You can talk to people on discord but people in the game cant hear you. - She takes the clown crown by making the interaction about her being a woman
- The guy on her team defending her is a simp
I think the reason she thought it was because shes a woman was the attitude comment, also i think she just came in with the mindset and assumption that she will be attacked bcuz shes a woman, confirmation bias and all. I dont think the guy was being sexist in the clip itself, but the vod part was really cringy and makes him look bad outside of it.
@@nousername8162 I've been gaming for almost 25 years, men and women experience this kind of shit equally, if she was a man she would have been called out as having an attitude too.
She holds this perspective because she thinks she can do no wrong and that anyone suggesting otherwise is just a "misogynistic/sexist man" out to get the poor woman.
A mindset that is painfully common even outside of the gaming sphere and ironically pretty sexist.
This was about her being a woman 💀 Buddy was weird as soon as he heard a woman’s voice
@@arcadius3257 25 years playing what? it's geniunely insanely easy to comprehend how the "men and women experiece this kind of shit equally" can be true if no one's sexist, but when people are, which there's all kinds of people playing online shit and sexism is common, that can happen and it's annoying lol
@@pongotheorangutan6390 Everything under the sun
From MMO's to first person shooters, to strategy games, name a genre and I likely played at least something within said genre.
And there is sexism towards both genders, to automatically assume it to be the cause of a situation just because she is having an altercation with a man IS sexism on her part since she's being prejudice based on the fact that he's a man.
If a woman said the same thing he did then she never would have made this argument.
I love how the focus is Joona when her friend kickstarted the whole " ACTUALLY i play my character long enough to...". Fell like the bullet missed the mark on this one.
Decent take ngl, the clove gave way more sass
They all wrong 😂
They got but hurt from “she knows”
And she blames it on being a woman
Blaming it on that was a little weird, but he definitely wouldn’t have edited that clip & posted it if that was a random guy.
when it comes to valorant players, no one is right in a situation.
...If you bothered to watch the video it's pretty obvious he did it because she was a chick.
But ok bud.
@@ventustbb3229 If you had a youtube channel or tiktok and wanted to make a clip go viral you would have. Literally, all valorant shorts are these kinds of interactions. Everyone makes clips of semi interesting things that happened in their game whether it is an ace or just funny small talk or someone being annoying.
@@ventustbb3229 keyword being random. NOT guy, If it was a famous guy he still would have. Your fucking gender doesnt matter in games
Honestly the "She knows" comment and it being blown up was unnecessary. I wasn't only unnecessary to make the comment but to blow it up afterwards like it's a major issue is irritating. There is no good party here, all parties suck to varying degrees. Like watching Joon's insinuated intent because of comments and instead of expressing upset over comments, she bottles it up, and you know, squeaky wheels get grease.
this entire conversation is why I'm so glad I don't play valorant

Who even are these people?
Babe, wake up, a new nothing Burger Twitter drama dropped.
Thought this was gonna be another crazy messed up situation but nope, just Valorant beef lmao
13:25 This move was optimal, actually. Confusing your opponent with a wasted ult that COULD'VE been useful for later on in the game, but making them believe that you're an actual moron, they'll lower their expectations, fumble, and allowing you to win the round.
Moral of the story: delete twitter lol these dramas are online and end the second the app is closed
All these people are chronically online lol
Ngl, 3 minutes into this vid and I'm already mentally out of this situation.
Same. I'm no Valorant player and I have no idea who the people involved in the drama are.

This is why I don't play FPS games you can't say shit without people breathing down your back, this is all blown out of proportion, honestly cringe.
Also it's def not a sexist thing, people who play FPS games prob started with COD or CSGO. Those games had crazy voice chat, and people from that era are hella immature.

Legit do not know what the issue is. She made a generic statement and somehow became drama.
In a team game a comm like she knows is kinda condescending because even a call like such and such has ult while yeah that player could know in a high intensity situation it may slip their mind but she knows is kinda just toxic and honestly idk about valo but any other game theyd kinda get on you for that
@@locobyte6819 womp womp it's a videogame get a grip
@@locobyte6819 I'm sorry, but if "she knows" is a bad comm and condescending, what is "Hey you have an ultimate / the enemy has an ultimate"?? Like... imagine clutching and hearing "YOYOYO YOU HAVE A GUN !!!" or "The enemy has a gun be careful".
And even if that is somehow a fine call, saying "She knows" is a third party, not the player, and also acknowledges the call and informs them they got it. The dude was a manchild.

He was giving comms. What if the person didn't know? That was a valid comm in a game where it's important since the person was focusing on the gameplay and not whether he had abilities.

Have you seen girls play CoD? I know that’s a different game, but that justifies “the joy of being a woman” bc that’s how females are treated in game spaces sometimes. I don’t watch her, but she could’ve had lobbies with guys like that.
I actually changed my mind on that when she posted the context of him going "E-girl alert! E-girl alert!" just because he heard her voice.

@@grogonmynozzle3004no both of them are?what phone leak thingy,
Nah she's an amazing and master teammate she knows and can do everything.
Now being serious that passive aggressive tone and "I already know" attitude is annoying. Reminding your teammates or their abilities is good team play. I remember a WoW raid party I was part of, there was this annoying guy who always got mad cuz we reminded his CD or abilities like we do to every other member, on a high focus situation you forget the most basic thing like cast buff alliance, we played 10 raids together until we got a replacement.
The difference is you know those people. Some random telling you about your cooldowns is just annoying. His true intentions were already shown in his vod so I don't even know why you're defending this.
I mean, we're just tone policing at that point. Like, when I receive comms on something about what I should be doing in-game, and I already planned to incorporate said thing, I'll say something along the lines of "I know" or "Yeah, I'm going" or something as a sort of response to the info. It isn't me trying to be passive-aggressive; it is legit, just me trying to acknowledge info that I already knew. Sometimes, when I give comms on a subject, and a few seconds later, someone else says the same thing, I'll say, "I already told them" or "They know," but it's not like I mean it in some rude way as I'm just saying you don't need to go into more detail because I already told them and etc. I've never had any problems for having such responses either
@@kltil5082 Well yes and no, I was part of a big guild, we didn't know everyone there and the parties sometimes rotated people and still the team communication was done random or friend, planning and communication is important to manage aggro, cd and timing for switching. People shouldn't consider that backseating.
Not only do you know the people you raid with, But there is FAR more nuane in a game like WoW, the amount of abilities can be 20 - 50 and forgetting is more likely. Hearing a stranger remind you something very fucking obvious WHILE clutching is infuriating. Like I could only imagine if I was on Overwatch and someone is like "oh hey btw you can use Baptiste field to become invincible". The implication is you're either braindead, or bad, cause that game along with Valorant has so few abilities, what they are really saying is "you SHOULD use this thing" not "you could" .
this is actually the dumbest most childish "drama" ever.
finally, an editor gets into twitter drama so they can make video defences instead of 100 page google docs
As someone who barely plays anything outside of Mario, NFS, and indie games, some of the vocabulary went right ovr my head
"It's halved"
"Comms"
"She ults when she plants"
What the heck any of it mean i dont know. Watching Twitter arguments is just real-time South Park for me
Comms = I think mic?
Ults = Ultimate Abilities
I have no idea for the rest though
Lmao she said two words and dudes got so offended it hurts my brain. Starting to suck each other off in panic after a mean woman dared to not pet them on the ass in comms is funny too
All she said was, "She knows" in a normal tone and they both had to argue over that? Remind me to NEVER play Valorant.
it was pretty passive aggressive and unnecessary
30 minutes?!? I thought this would've been a 10 minute video MAX dude, holy shit.
For the first time i feel like my day to day life is more interesting
I swear none of these people would survive a cod lobby of the past
How is that good coms? I dont play the game but how is it good to tell someone that they have an ability? If u need ur hand held (being told what to do) during comp idk if u should be playing comp..
Congrats, you cracked the code and you don't even play the game. It was an ass callout and I woulda been far less kind then they were to hear it during a clutch.
it's a good coms, pros do it all the time as well
Na bro wtf I did not expect the discord cameo
As someone who plays valorant, ppl tell me sht i know all the time. "Hes main, you have ult" etc. Its annoying but i just ignore it
Valorant players try not to be cringe challenge (impossible)
Nah the most wild thing in this whole video was discord responding out of nowhere
dumb ahh heart emoticon
Those boys would never have survived the OG call of duty lobbies
These two make me believe streaming was detrimental for us as a species
well that escalated quickly, wtf
high rank saying this starts an argument but low rank this becomes a joke on the team
I picked the wrong video to watch while I eat. I didn’t see “valorant” in the title 😭😭
Holy hell? I can believe this is even a fucking problem. This is probably one of the most non-issue things I've seen in a long time.
Was wondering when you were gonna cover this lol
i feel like most people don't realize that the problem was way more likely Joona answering for the teammate that the comm was being told to instead of letting said teammate answer for themselves. if they were talking to her, maybe it wouldn't of been considered rude, but she literally answered something that was not remotely being told to her, which by definition is a rude thing to do, because 1. again, literally answering for someone instead of letting them answer themselves. 2.butting in on something not being talked to her with.
The teammate then answered the same thing (with a more snappy response even!) right after, but they focused in on joona because they wanted to start a situation after seeing who she was (light admits and apologized for that in his full edited clip)
Fr the one who mentioned to just Mute and move on is the smartest person here. Stop making a social issue of every little thing.
I find it funny she legit did mute and move on, and the dude got so ass mad he edited a whole as video for twitter to drag it out. Giga crybaby energy.
this is another reason why im sticking with thematic single-player FPSs.
I like how people took a clip uploaded and edited by him, and just took his presentation of the situation as fact. Granted... It's the Internet.
All these people are why I just avoid game chat as much as possible. Like, everyone involved just couldn't let the situation go.
News must've been slow today huh?
Their stupidity was entertaining though 😂
Bowblax knows
good night bowbie
It's a competitive online game. Is anyone actually surprised? 😅
It can get way more toxic than that. I'm not a woman and I've been teamed up with worse attitude regularly. The *mute option exists for a reason.
So what you're saying is if you think someone saying "she knows" is giving attitude then to mute them and move on with your life?
This drama really isn't about the whole, "she knows." But the fact she said "the qualities of being a woman." Or something in that context, she turned it into this sexist situation. Making it pop off.
This is the annoying thing about female gamers, streamers, movie producers, music artists, or artists. Anytime they get in some form of drama, no matter how ridiculous it is, they always make it about sexism. Like for these people to say, "Would he post this if she was a man?" Knowing male gamers depending on what they say, he would 100% post it.
Wait until you get to the second clip
Did she see the clip she posted tho?
did you watch the full video or did you watched 30 seconds of it and didn't watch the rest. because the dude is so insecure that he got butthurt of a girl of all people would dare be in the same lobby as him
@90zillas34 Yeah, I watched the whole video, and you can't deny how all this started was because she said, "The quality of being a woman." This entire drama popped off and gained so much attention the moment she said that.
@@valzicplayz3845 she says that after the major situation and after light's bad remarks of her and her chat and of the other trans player, stuff he admitted to and apologized for in his third clip. You're now saying stuff in bad faith for no reason, since that was clearly not near the start of the drama
The only thing i can take out of this situation is to NOT PLAY VALORANT

She is saying that her voice is higher tone which is commonly associated with one who presents as feminine.
lmfao the attitude comes from the sarcastic "she knows." if she said "yeah, yeah" there would have been no problems. what happened to watching your tone when speaking?
Sorry Bowbox but i need to take a break from this. Twitter is making my brain melt
This is just a normal interaction for men on MW search and destroy, idk how it’s sexist or drama
...The in game interaction wasn't the sexist part. Talk about not seeing the forest for the trees. Fuck's sake man i have eyes, i can read basic numbers, if you want to comm then give me actual comm like enemy positioning, not reading my hud for me
I dont know about you guys, but when someone makes a call to let you know soemthing, you don’t reply, if anything you say “ok” “yup” or just use the ability. Saying “she knows” is passive aggressive in this context.
Coach told me I have 3 fouls as he takes me out of the game. I say. “I’m aware.” With a deadpan affect. I get benched. That’s a bad com from me. Lol never did that again
Just what I needed when I have a migraine, dime-a-dozen valorant streamers being defensive over simple things.
On one hand, I can see why “she knows” can come off as passive aggressive, it kind of sounds like they just want him to shut up when they say it.
On the other, this issue has nothing to do with gender, and I’m sure of this because there are so many female valorant streamers that it’s ridiculous to even bring up sexism. That kind of argument is gonna just divide people more over nothing.
