    TODAY'S RECIPE IS Mango Custard Caramel Bread Pudding | No Gelatin No Agar Agar | Quick & Easy Mango Dessert | Yummy
    INGREDIENTS:
    Mango caramel bread pudding
    Sugar 3 tbsp
    Caramelised the sugar
    Immediately pour into pan
    Spread evenly
    Keep aside
    Custard powder 1/4 cup
    Water 1/2 cup
    Mix well
    Keep aside
    Bread slice 4 pieces
    Cut the edges
    Grind well
    Fine powder
    Milk 2 cup
    Sugar 1/2 cup
    Let it boil
    Low the flame
    Add custard mixture
    Cook for 2 mins
    Add bread powder gradually
    mango pure 1/4 cup
    Cook for 5 mins
    If mixture get watery then add some cornflour
    Thick consistency
    Boiling water
    Steam for 20-30 mins
    Let it cool down & keep it in the fridge for 2 hours
    NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML
