Great video! That was a really confusing one but as always, Jem gets it done! It's great to see Warren on some jobs too. He was always mentioned but until very recently, wasn't ever seen!
Great job guys , one comment would be that the smaller jetter hose is tangled every time …. There’s got to be a more efficient storage option when not in use so it gets into action without untangling it every time?
Nothing wrong with your face Warren! (Heard your comment in the beginning!). Although I can understand if you would rather not be on camera, I certainly wouldn’t, don’t even like having my photo taken. From the title of this video I though you had found something embarrassing stuck in the toilet!
Woke up this fine Sunday morning to a new videos from the boys, and I ate my breakfast while the shit river flowed without even flinching. You have ruined me boys, I would have gagged at this content before discovering your channel 😂
The perfect phrase for this one is "The hurrier I go - The behind'r I get"......I understand Jem it can not be helped (a condition you yourself have mentioned), so long as the employees continue to understand that all is well. You have some very very patient employees Sir, do not ever forget that. Warren wanted to connect to water from the start and was shot down, now you are done waiting on water to fill as an example. Surround yourself with problem-solving professional employees, and be open to listening.
Warren was showing more man hole cover than the jetting at some points there. Disappointing we didn't see the rush as it finally went or to see you using the jet down the toilet. In my mind there was water spraying everywhere ha ha
Im in NZ In New Zealand we have 2 separate drainage systems Septic sewerage and storm water. Sewage goes off for processing and storm water goes into a separate system and runs into creeks and beaches and out into the sea. Yours all seems to go into the sewage system. Is that right? Out local councils every so often goes around dropping dye bags into sewage system to track it and make sure no sewage goes into the storm water. Nice job and good to leave the place clean.
Its a mix really, old houses have rainwater going into foul, the thinking being to help clear them through. However, this is becoming less common most modern systems have seperate rainwater and foul.
@@paddyici6629 Well they don’t need to charge the customer for the camera use if they are just trying to figure out what’s causing the clog, or where the pipe goes? I don’t understand how it’s more for the customer just to use a tool to help verify pipe direction.
@@paddyici6629 Majority of techs doing any job have to pay many different tools of their trade…mechanics and electricians pay for their own tools. Plumbers aren’t special in that regards. Pulling out a camera would’ve shown that they just needed to go a tad bit further to unclog that drain, instead of running back and forth between things. Just offering my two cents. These guys do a splendid job as always.
The two toilets at rear have been added on during refurb so new branches to existing run must have tight angles on If blocks again in the near future I’ll take camera and check out 👍👍
You guys should buy a rubber hammer so you can put it in the wash gun Handle so you can use both hands on the flusher line just in case you have a lot of turns in the pipe
guys you need to get some merch done 😂 my 10-year-old lad said you should do a T-Shirt with Warren Woz Right on it did try to send a mock-up image but YT seem to disallow that 😣
Do maintenance for all pub groups/companies baby wipes and nappies always blocking drains.Looks like each toilet has its own channel to main drain/manhole.
Here's a tip for you lads for plunging a toilet. Get a round head mop, tie a plastic bag over the head and use that as a plunger down the bowl. Best plunger ever
going down the pan cant come up in to the cistern, as the cistern flows in to the top of the pan and they aren't connected via the trap in the bottom of the pan. or did i misunderstand?
It's tidying up, makes the whole jobsite smell better, it's not all mucky when they are done. Just makes for a happier Customer, plus they use it for their tools, and often to get a look of bubbles to know the drain is clear.
camera won’t work when there is water sat in the pipe, which is the case for basically all the them. You won’t be able to see through the camera if it is underwater. Hence why you will only see the camera used once the blockage is cleared and the pipe is bare
@@jamesgallagher4655 Many employers dont read the endless small print of insurance documents, and with the state of H&S in the UK an employer really has to be on the ball.
MR wouldn’t be liable - it’s the premises’ responsibility. Like if a customer left a tap on or contract cleaners mopped the floor - it’s the business owners responsibility to provide a safe environment and they no doubt have procedures in place to ensure the safety of their guests - e.g doing a walk round of the building to ensure it’s safe for guests PRIOR to opening. Jem & Warren said they were getting ready to open and customers were waiting to be let in - so the pub management were clearly waiting to inspect the toilets before letting the public in. The wet floor sign is to warn unsuspecting people of potential danger - the “mopper” I think its fair to say, is well aware that the floor is wet and I doubt Warren needs a sign to warn himself! Long story short; MR not responsible. Pub are. MR done nothing wrong and neither have the pub (supposing they put a sign up after MR left or the floor was dry before letting people in). Either way - don’t be one of “them” looking to be an arm chair pro and tell professionals what they “should” be doing, when you don’t know yourself what the actual situation is.

by emptying this huge mess into a drain, aren't you creating a mess someplace else ?? In Australia, a truck with a 500 gallon container, high flow vacuum hose & pump would be called, these pits are emptied & when full, the truck dumps its entire load into a suitable filter/treatment facility.

That was a tough one Jem but again you got the job done. Warren is great with that mop and left it sparkling clean. Cheers guys. 👍👍
The Drain Unblockers drinking game : have a drink every time Jem says “Warren” 😂🥴
Hilarious
Gave up at 40 😂
I died of alcohol poisoning.
If Jem was on the camera and Warren on the jetter that would of been done in 10 mins 🤪

Happened a handful of times, we try and do our absolute best to remove the blockage without risking a situation like that.
That is so much easier and faster than pulling that commode of the floor.
Was it just me or were those drain pipes smaller than normal?
