Hey Luke, every time my husband and I see the sunrise now we think about positive memories and goals. This is thanks to you. Watching you go to cold swim at sunrise with such a positive attitude is amazing!! My husband and I have made the goal to have a positive goal at sunrise daily. It doesn't have to be a major goal just a positive attitude for the day. Thank you for your motivation, we wanted you to know you've inspired us and I'm sure many others!!

The fyrish monuments were built by the farmers or landowners labourers , during or just following the end of the war, as they had nothing to do after the harvest, so instead of sitting about doing nothing they made them do this......allegedly!
I don’t know how true this is....could be an urban myth, but i think there is some truth to it.
Im sure some local people will know the true story, that watch the channel.

Built on the orders of sir Hector munro 8th of novar, in 1782 that severed in india as a general. As people where being forcefully removed from the land by other lords and ladies. Sir hector hired the people to put them in work and even made them roll the dtones down the hill to make the project last longer and paid them for there additional hours. Its built to represent the gates of negapatam a port in madras.

UPurKILT Thanks a lot for the information....i had no idea it was that old.Sir Hector at least took them on and paid them.I must have a look at the history as there is more to it than i thought.
Iv lived there 50 years and it was my parents who told me the story about the labourers.
I will get into them about filling my head with nonsense, when i was a boy....saying that maybe its me who didn’t listen properly!
This is a good lesson for anybody, to do your own research on EVERYTHING you are told, and not just to blindly believe, especially in today’s climate.
