So smart. Learned as a baker many years ago, and your method is so much simpler, than the way I learned it. Great. Instead of a knife, I would use a pizza-wheel for cutting 🙂
Thank you, definitely a good one to have on hand! And yes pizza wheel would have been good, I was worried about cutting through the mat I was using so the knife was a little more control of the pressure 😂
I would only keep it a few days in the fridge, but I'm guessing you can freeze (after you do all the initial folding & before the final roll out) for a few months!

What a great idea. 🎉😂 You could make some and keep it on hand. How long would it keep for?

No yeast?
Nope! If you're looking for a yeasted, laminated pastry dough you can check out our danish pastry dough video: ua-cam.com/video/rhncf_d1IqY/v-deo.html
@@skandibaking thank you
Did I see your four legged tester/quality control "employee" there at the beginning?
Haha of course! For some reason he is obsessed with butter (he has never eaten butter before in his life lol)
Started out great with your hair tied back then when you start to make the food you let your hair down makes no sense
I am still going to try your recipe but the hair hanging down is just a big no no
