Wow..such a comprehensive video. After that i personally tested SP8A in showroom in comparision with Samsung q600C. Somehow Lg bar found to be off beat in terms of sound quality. And noticed almost non existent bass. Is something really wrong at showroom.. couldn't make out. While reviews of this lg bar are almost perfect but my personal experience says it otherwise...Any thoughts ?
Ur thoughts are obviously right, Entire Experience of this soundbar changes because of Modes and settings... If ur settings and modes are on point then u can experience the reviews u heard about😊
I tested both today, lg is way louder nd great for old hindi songs nd ghazals but for all other genres the q600c is suuperb. The bass it produces is far better than lg. Was blown away hearing it!! Though lg gets v v loud but i doubt if ill ever hear it full volume im my bedroom. Im tilting towards 600c.which one are u buying??

Listened to both of them. Both are very great soundbars. I found Yamaha is best for music and LG SP8A is best for watching movies (more immersive). but that doesn't mean that Yamaha is not good for film or the same as LG for music. If you clearly want to see the difference in them try playing Old or devotional songs and you will notice the difference in them.
I have been using LG SP8A sound bar since 10 montha. It is one of the best sound bar. Excellent performance, I never used the volume 60 to 70 % even. Clarity is amazing, you can install the LG App, where you will get more settings to improve the sound clarity.

Hello VFM, how good is LG SP8A when compared with Samsung B55Exl?? I wanted to buy LG SP8A but due to budget constraints got the Samsung B55EXl for 12k with 410W output. Also, 120W output from LG SP8A sound bar excluding woofer and top firing speakers isn't it very less or sufficient enough for 150 sq ft room?
Nice video, after listening both the audio files 3 times back to back. I liked Yas209 more because of manageable bass and better sound clearity. LG has too much of bass which I feel like will make me fatigue very soon

Hi... I have listened the file you have shared here... But Yamaha Bass seems more soothing to me than LG... may be i am wrong.. but LG Bass seems heavier.... But yes, LG is having Atmos which Yamaha does not... So feature wise LG is definitely ahead, but if the sound balance is concerned, I believe Yamaha 209 is bit better.
Con is that we can not add rear surround kit like SC9s newer model of this and low frequency extension is 31 Hz and not 40hz q700c is better in atmos perfomance

My earlier Choice was JBL 2.1 Deep Baas MK2 & JBL SB190 but after listening to all I came to the conclusion that LG SP8A has the best sound quality so went for it. 20500 me it is very good. It is best in this price range if you want to watch movies. For music listening it is best if only soundbars are concerned. I can say this as I have personally listened to a lot of soundbar of this price range. however if you want to listen to music then you can try lisrening to edifier stereo speakers. They offer much better quality than this in this price range.

I am facing a major issue with this device. Please help! Whenever I turn on the sp8a it is drastically reducing the wifi speed ( for both 2.4 & 5 GHz channels) in the area. Most probably the bluetooth between the bar and the woofer is interfering with the wifi signal in the vicinity. I am using a TP Link Archer A6 router. The lan connection & wifi speed at other locations of the house is fantastic the issue is near the speaker. Please help, I need strong wifi near the speaker as my TV + Amazon Fire TV stick & PS5 needs the it!
First try changing location of your router, away from sub. Then you have to try changing to different wifi channels from your router's wireless settings.
JBL always has the V sound signature which is not considered good for every genre. I would rank them as follows: LG SP8A > Yamaha YAS 209 > JBL 2.1 Deep Bass

bhai , i need ur 1 more effort reply on - kya subhi soundbar me DC earthing flow hota haii.. kindly check with TESTER... i' m already user of sp8a.. & face this issue from begning .. earthing flow from HDMI ,METAL GRILL etc.also check on NON LG SOUNDBAR... IS THIS ISSUE IS SAME FOR ALLL.. 😢😢😢😢
