2. Log out of your Google Play or App Store account, create a new one, and log into it.

I used the promo codes for new players the first chance I literally got and it's still saying for new players only. Like how do you enter it when you first start? You got to go through a tutorial when you start

New pleyer codes don't work for me. Ive tried new devices, multiple accounts, even downloaded straight from my pc off your link. Get through the forced tutorial and soon as i can enter promo codes it doesnt do anything.
Did you clear the cache? You need to clear the cache, otherwise the system does not recognize the device as a new one when you re-register your account. Also - I've noticed there is a delay in issuing champions right now

1 Be patient with shards! Skip every invocation tournament or event until you got 40 shards with a x2 event. 2 CB is not for you yet. 3 Focus on quests and daily challenges. 4 build an arena team with speed lead, boost atk, decrease def and nuke. 5 the real game only starts when you have Scyl. @stevebrown9955 Invalid means already claimed... Expired means dead code. To prevent this from happening on a new account - you need to clear the cache on your device before creating a new account.
