A masterful piece of filming in my humble opinion. Really shows trikes doing what they do best, treating their riders to exercise, scenery and various other fun. Paths like that are a real credit to your town planners. Down here in New Zealand we have been a bit slow to set special cycling areas in place but we are making some progress. Your State is very beautiful I must say. Haven't owned a trike for a while now so this has been a nice reflection......till I get another one! Thank you guys. Ride safe.
I love those spiral flags that stay in motion. I am considering buying a TRIOT trike, but I have to test ride one first. Maybe in early March. I am 65 and am looking at certain features that might not interest younger riders. They are expensive and need to be worth the price.
Would you make a 30 minute longer video of a ride without adding any music just to keep it realistic . There are a bunch of recumbent riders who like to put their ipads or laptops in front of them and ride on recumbent exercise bikes and get a good workout ,but its hard to find good long videos of rides that are uninterrupted . I'm talking about how you videoed your ride from 2:27 to 3:15 . Like you did in this video ua-cam.com/video/Hf5vXfitf1E/v-deo.html between 2:34 and 3:08 . where you can hear the chain . It makes it realistic . You may think its boring but we like to start when you start and peddle the whole time you do . If you turn off the lights in the room and get into it almost like you are there . You could even title them recumbent ride a longs or something that that .
I hear what you are saying about the format. I'll consider it but I would have to alter the way I record for these videos and definitely need to upgrade my computer to produce better resolution. These videos consume enormous amounts of resources, SD cards, batteries, disk storage space and processing time. It would be easy to record one long video with no stops and wouldn't require much editing and splicing to produce the end video. Except for processing time on the computer. If it ever warms up in the near future, I could try this on my 11 mile lunch ride which should be around 45 mins in duration. I'll have to get a wind muff for the microphone though or all you'll hear is scratch sound. Thanks for the idea. Music is fine I just thought it would be harder to add the music than not . If videos have wind sounds I just turn it down and had have pandora playing through the headphones . So what ever makes it easier . Your video quality is great . I though you had one of those little go pro cams that just fit on your helmet . Don't go to any trouble . I don't have a real recumbent bike yet I just have the exercise type but I really like it . So riding along with your videos is the closest thing I have to the real thing .
