1spoon besan
1big spoon curd
Haldi 2chutki
Fitkari powder half spoon
2 spoon add warm water
Mix all ingredients then wait to dry afterthat 15-20 min.baad hath se rub krke nikal dena hai
Daily use nhi krna hai one day krna hai 2nd day nhi krna hai 3rd day kr sakte hai means one month me 15time or 15 days he krna hai
Note:agar besan use nhi krna hai to maida add kr sakte hai or agar pani nhi dalna hai to dudh bhi dal sakte hai
