honestly...I am from Nigeria...and I am diametrically sure there has been no better time to be a Max user until now!!! Eternally grateful to this guy!!!
I love these tyFlow tutorials. Very informative. On a side note, have you ever looked at Rayfire? And if so, why do you choose tyFlow for (for example) destruction, over Rayfire?
Not as much of a plastic wrap as maybe some sort of resin or other poured glass-like material inside of a plastic wrap, but still conceptually useful. Thx.
Great quick tutorial, thanks. What if you wanted to animate those spheres underneath the cloth? I m trying to make nice surgical gloves with some cloth simulation and fell on your tut. I ll test your setting with tyflow, and see how it reacts with animated meshs... but I m new to tyflow so....
Hi, your tutorials helped me a lot, no doubt about that, thank you for this… now what astounds me with this “particular” 😉 tutorial, is, that I’ve noticed that your CUDA was off? did you this without CUDA acceleration? Is it the reason you used basic objects or due to tutorial purpose ?
Hi Jesse, I'm a Beginner In tyFlow and I'm Making a Simple Flying Paper Simulation ,Everything's Good But when I Add Collision Surfaces,The tyFlow Particles(Flying Papers) Are Getting INSIDE the Collision Surface(Just A Simple Box) Can I Send You The File So You Can Have A Closer Look? easiest way is to go to tools in your 3ds Max menu and with your Tyflow selected and click snapshot or add a mesh operator into your flow and uncheck render only then collopse the sim into an editable poly.
Glad you are back! Thank you for another great tutorial Jesse. 😀
Many of us will be perpetually grateful to you. Thank you!

I love these tyFlow tutorials. Very informative.
On a side note, have you ever looked at Rayfire? And if so, why do you choose tyFlow for (for example) destruction, over Rayfire?

You need to make more of these 5 minute videos. I can't spend half an hour to an hour and a half watching some guy explain how to make a fork.
The next one is exactly the same length as this one (to the second) 😅
@@RedefineFX You should make a group title for your short videos. Anything under 10 minutes. Call them Quick and Done.
Almost everything on my channel is under 10 mins. Most are 8 mins long for whatever reason.
Cuda wasn’t yet implemented into tyflow when I made this
@@RedefineFX well , than it is even a bigger compliment to you! doing this tutorial without CUDA, respekt !
Thanks for the tutorial, I just have a question, how do you add UVs, imagine it's printed balloon and stretch correctly. thanks in advance
I haven’t tried that, I think the mapping operator should do
@@RedefineFX you could unwrap and set the uv coordinates before the tyflow transform couldnt you?
Hello sir please cover vdb in your tutorials thankyou
you mention about tyson and his project files where do you get his latest update news on tyflow . please reply!!!!!!!
The tyflow Facebook group!!!!!!!
Hi. Could you make a tutorial about creating a shock wave from a explosion, from a nuke or something, maybe using tyflow? Thanks
this is covered in my phoenix fd fire course
Hi, and bravo! How do you decide the shrinking speed of the cloth? (sorry if the question was already asked)
I added "slow" at 80%.... Is it right?
what did you select in 2:54 to be transprent, except you click it tyflow
tyflow can produce houdini level of quality works ?
Depends on the effect
Hi Jesse,

Can I Send You The File So You Can Have A Closer Look?
My tyFlow Event Is As Follows:
Birth
Position Icon(Surface)
Speed(Along Icon Arrow)
Shape(2D Plane MidRes)
Cloth Bind(Convert)
Force(Gravity)
Collision
Please Help Sir I'm Getting Demotivated :/
Great!
Only the scene file was missing ... :(
Thank you. And I’m so sorry, I know it’s so much work to follow a 5 minute tutorial 🙇🏻♂️
Hi, what graphic card you suggest for this type of work?
1070gtx and higher
How I can convert this Plastic Wrap into the mesh? I tried the "export particles (object)" but in the end I get a lot of points, not geometry
easiest way is to go to tools in your 3ds Max menu and with your Tyflow selected and click snapshot or add a mesh operator into your flow and uncheck render only then collopse the sim into an editable poly.
thank you)) @@Jimbobuk10
