@@richardmcwhirter9396 hey Richard, around 3 days after the car went out my phone rang and it was the car owner. I gave that large gulp thinking it had kicked up again. But when I answered she was having a full blown conversation with a shop assistant 😂😂😂😂😂 Crisis averted 😬😬
Which autel do you use as my one needs to be updated and am thinking of changing it for newer autel. Have to say i really enjoy your videos super job i spend my Saturday night watching them thanks

ive been caught out by these so fuel pump codes and it's the timing chain causing it . mine used to take nearly 200 km to show the fault again. not saying yours isn't fixed but the last 3 I've had with the code have been chains .
@@simonedwards5401 yes, that was a strange one alright. Snap on, Mahle, Autel were all 10kpa but the Topdon was 100kpa which made roll on, so Topdon for the win in this case 💪💪
@@spaddygmailco hi mate, thank you for subscribing 🙏🙏 The scantool in this video is Autel MS909, it costs around €3000 and I really do like it & im thinking about upgrading it soon 😉👍👍
Question Peter had it not been the high pressure fuel pump and the stupid amount of money these are and that’s all manufacturers who would of paid for it it’s a bit of Russian roulette with these bloody things someone should manufacture a tool for doing a pressure test on these pumps
@@jameshalligan1933 I actually have a high pressure kit for testing diesel high pressure pumps but it was difficult to T into this one. So once my colleague Alan thought the the same as me, the parts cannon was pulled 😂😂😂
Good stuff Peter,I'm not sure I would have caught the pressure coming back out of the pump so definitely a very helpful video, thanks for sharing 👌👍

Hi Peter them pumps are known to fail have did a few over the year's. Last one was in a pulsar. Brilliant video as always 💪🏻

What we all learned here, If possible, use OEM sensors or same manufactor, like Bosch, denso, etc.

I'm not sure if there is a desired fuel pressure on the live data to be compared with sensor's values ?
