This song appears in the mission "Sellers Street Auditorium", during combat.
It's essentially 'Heavy Metal'.
Made by Eric Brosius, the same person who did songs, music and ambient for Thief, Thief II, Thief Deadly Shadows, System Shock 2 and various more.
Combat songs are generally shorter and with a lesser obvious 'loop' than ambient songs.
