When I was younger I would have some vivid recurring dreams that were emotional also. I have Pluto in the 12th house along with Scorpio also btw. But now I almost never remember my dreams. I fall asleep and I wake up with a time gap missing inbetween with no recollection of anything :(

Wow. Pluto is in Virgo in my 11th house. Very true that I have had to cut off a lot of friendships that were toxic to me over a long period of time. Recently, I've been losing friends over political differences. We just quietly aren't really speaking much anymore because it's clear our values have become very different regarding how we behave over Covid and our levels of awareness of Democracy in peril, no matter what I tell them. The politics of the day has unveiled other major differences in values. It feels rough because I can't go out and make new friends really, especially trying to protect my 80 year-old mother. That makes a lot of sense to me. I know of two people with Pluto in the 12th conjunct the Ascendant and they are both very emotional people.

You have to look at your whole chart to factor all of that in though. Including aspects from outer planets to personal ones.
